It's hard to say enough about the campus itself. Enormous. Several restaurants, very large fitness center, beautiful lobbies, spaces. Sadly, though we booked weeks in advance, when we arrived they were overbooked and we had to stay at a nearby Hilton they partnered with. The staff was very apologetic and the manager himself came out and apologized. He promised to... More

We arrived late at night after a long drive across Texas and into Louisiana. They were kind and let us find our room on our own. This was definitely a first class 4 star hotel. I loved it. The TV's in the room were a little difficult to figure out however, it was nice not to see so much wasted... More

This hotel is a nice place to stay while you travel to New Orleans, especially when you are gonna watch a Saints game. The Super Dome is just next door. This hotel is a huge complex, it takes some walk from the lobby to the elevators. The restaurant and bar is good. However, this hotel is kind of far from... More

The hotel looks amazing as it is a huge tower and internally it is in a U-shape empty in the middle with corridors and rooms on every floor with an amazing view down to the front desk and with the fourth side of the tower made of steel and glass, look at my pictures! Food is outstanding in all restaurants... More

Overall very comfortable and gym up on 32 floor over looks the Mercedes Super dome. Nice restaurants within the hotel and walking distances to mother's restuarant and rouses super market. I like it! Xxxxxxxxxx

Unfortunately I am not able to actually give a 3.75 rating, so I chose to put that in to my title. I just returned from New Orleans after staying in this hotel for two nights. I must say that overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was conveniently located downtown, clean and nicely decorated. The young lady that checked... More

Lovely hotel, you had a key card to enter your room, this also used this to scan before being directed to the elevator which would take you to your floor, we were on 21st floor and usually we went straight there without stopping. Very good when you were leaving with cases the lift never arrived full of people and cases.... More

Nice place, great rennovations, very modern. The Borgne restaraunt was delicous, renowned chef owns it. Service was good top to bottom. Large property, cool elevator system, never saw one like it before. Keeps elevators moving well in an otherwise large and crowded hotel. Overall, nice place. Walking distance to a lot of places, superdome right next door for Saints games.

Stayed here during a business conference and the hotel is very beautiful and well organized. The lobby is huge and the check in goes very fast with a very friendly staff. The confusion starts with the vast amount of elevators that go to different towers and are very confusing at first. The bars inside the hotel are nice, while the... More
