This was not my first time in New Orleans and definitely won't be my last...This was not my first time staying at this hotel BUT it most certainly will be my last!!! I chose this hotel solely based upon its proximity to the Superdome because I was in town for a concert. Check-in at the Hyatt Gold Passport counter was... More

I stayed here for a business trip - a really large hotel with some quirks. There are automated check-in / check-out kiosks - they are on the ground floor around the corner to the right of the "live" reception desk. You need to make the call to stand in line and deal with a person or use one of the... More

Went to conference. It was a nice hotel. Obviously a bit pricey but that is what you'd expect as business hotel in large US city. Rooms are updated. Its a little annoying how far you have to walk to get to the elevators.

This was a girls trip and we initial had a room with 2 Queens and got upgraded to a suite. The staff at the Hyatt Regency were amazing the moment we arrived. The front desk was friendly, accommodating & informative. The restaurant food was excellent as well.

Hotel is across from the super dome, so great location. It has nice rooms - clean, good service, high tech elevators. The exercise room on 32 is great. Vitascope restaurant has great food. Room service is pricy, so have breakfast as Starbucks on the second floor. The meeting rooms are cold, do bring a jacket.

I was here for a business training, which I helped host. The staff were amazing! Awesome accommodations, and the rooms were great. I had a corner room on a higher level floor, which gave me a BEAUTIFUL view of the city skyline. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in downtown NOLA.

We stayed here for three nights on vacation. The location was very good. We could walk to the French Quarters in about 10 minutes. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient. If we needed something, it was taken care of immediately. The concierge gave us very good suggestions for restaurants. The fitness center was also well equipped... More

We had an EXCELLENT experience staying at Hyatt Regency. Everything from the shiny, modern facilities to the friendly, polite staff was first rate! This hotel survived Hurricane Katrina with a better-than-ever renovation. We stayed for a week and also attended meetings within the hotel, and the food was simple yet elegant every day. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated.... More

We booked three nights at the Hyatt for a project we were doing at the Superdome. Easy valet parking, comfortable room, quick check in, but the hotel is a massive convention style hotel with lots of distance between check in and room (two escalator rides plus walking plus elevator) and the confusing layout which made it difficult to get bearings.... I stayed at this hotel when I was a kid in the 1970's and Hyatt has done a great job in the complete rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina. The rooms are new and modern and the hotel has all of the perks of a brand new hotel. The formerly slow elevators have been replace with smart elevators and are now very... More
