I was staying here for a conference. I stayed for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. I slept great throughout the five nights I stayed here. The gym is good, opened 24hrs, helped me get over the jet lag. The breakfast buffet is nice and the service... More

This hotel is quite impressive by it's size and the design. The lobby is beautifully furnished. It is modern, jazzy, nice restaurant, lounge, bar in the building. Perfumed entrance and high technology. You have to take 2 escalator and elevator to get to your room, make sure to have rolling luggage! They have a Starbuck in the building....but be patient,... breakfast was superb, good location, nice room though it also had 'scenting' The scent system salesman must have paid off a buyer to install that system, We had 100 in our group, many suffered. e had to run through the lobby but at that 1/4 mile to the room elevators, we could not do it in one breath. Mystery elevators... More

I recently stayed at the Hyatt for three nights and was not impressed with the level of service and attention to detail provided. The hotel and amenities, including parking, seemed overpriced. It is also a good distance from the streetcar lines that make travelling around the area easy. One of the biggest disappointments was the attention to detail provided by... More

THIS HOTEL IS WAAYYYY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR NOT HAVING MICROWAVES IN EACH ROOM. Its a very nice hotel just need to add microwaves to their rooms. Besides that its a great place to stay. I stayed @the Hyatt in Memphis and Loved it!!!! Only down fall was No Microwave. Great hotel

I recently stayed 3 nights at this Hyatt. The hotel was very nice and very modern. Your room key is used to access the elevator, no buttons to push. My room was nice, clean, and quiet. I used the email checkout and it worked perfectly. Wifi worked with no problems. A couple of things were different at the hotel, I... More

If you like having to take two escalators, a short walk, and then an elevator every time you come and go, this is the place for you. Once you leave the property, only one or two restaurants are nearby. My husband was at a large meeting, and when they took a lunch break, the few restaurants were overwhelmed. The hotel... More

Spent 4 days at the Hyatt Regency, New Orleans in April, a very uneven experience. Staff was uniformly polite and helpful but the enormous, unwieldy physical plan and ugly, outmoded architecture is off-putting. Their systems need work. It's a convention hotel, period. Checking in. Before coming, the phone reservation process had taken 45 minutes and was immensely complicated. At the... More

A smiling front desk associate greeted me by saying we have rooms but they don't have beds. After making my reservation weeks ago I arrived to this odd comment. What do you mean no bed, where will I sleep? On the couch he says. It was late and I was tired with no other options. He offered me 1/2 off... More
