Stayed here for three nights and did not experience one bad thing. The entire staff is so very friendly and the hotel is very clean. It has a great fitness center and a nice salt water pool. I recommend the Hyatt Regency if you want to stay in a beautiful hotel with down to earth, friendly employees!

This was our second time at this hotel, beautiful decor....so clean!!! Our room was in the North Wing with a balcony very nice location quiet on the inside of room, outside a different story noisy from the a/c units on roof of buildings!! Close walk to Trolly... Tickets are $3 for a 24 hr period!!! Love all the choices of... More

First off I got a really good deal with Hyatt in New Orleans. We were just on our way through town but after our first night there we extended our stay. This hotel was huge and all staff was just perfect and prompt with all of our requests. Clean, clean, comfy bed, great view...just perfect. I would stay here again... More

Unless you're staying for a big game at the Superdome, the location sucks, and is a definite deal-breaker. Yeah, it's only a few blocks from Canal Street and the French Quarter, but, if you're like me, you're going to be walking at night. I am pretty fearless (and stupid), but it's really not such a good idea to be walking... More

This was my second stay at this Hyatt and it takes a couple of stays to get used to where everything is located and how all the elevators work. The rooms are somewhat small with armoires that are only good for about three days worth of clothes for a couple. Make sure you get a room away from the side... More

Stayed here 5 nights last week for a 3-day conference! Great hotel with wonderful service. Price seems about right for New Orleans and a nice hotel. Valet parking pricey at $40 per night, but there is another parking lot next door for $27. The hotel is set up for conferences and the trek just to the elevators for the guestrooms... More

Second time here for business, great meeting space and that's where the greatness ends. This hotel has extremely too much technology. You can't simply get on an elevator and go to your floor you have to use a fancy keypad. If you're on a lower floor and want to visit a friend on a higher floor you must go to... More

We, my wife and I, attended a conference at this facility and EVERYTHING was outstanding. The staff was gracious and our room was very clean. We could not have been happier. If you are looking for an excellent place to stay, this is it.

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency during our family vacation last weekend. The hotel has a grand lobby with pretty welcoming staff upon arrival. Since the hotel is so big and there are always random people using the conference centers and eating at the restaurants, I love that you have to scan your room key to get... More

We recently had a conference in our favorite city so we decided to extend our visit. The staff at the Hyatt Regency were fantastic! We couldn't be happier with everyone there. Make sure to have a meal at the restaurant Borgne, John Besh's, inside the hotel. It's always great.
