Great place to stay! They have everything you need inside the hotel. Checking in & out was super easy... Beautiful views and still not very far from Burbon or st Charles street. I did not get a chance to Try any of the restaurants but they all looked very good!!

Travelled on Amtrack from NY with my aunt who has always wanted to see New Orleans.(She doesn't fly). With only four nights the decision to stay in two different hotels in different sections of the city was well worth the inconvenience of packing up our things and moving, We were able to experience a lot in a relatively short amount... I live in New Orleans, but stayed at the Hyatt for a friends birthday. Everyone from the checkin team to the room service workers were very friendly and accommodating. The staff in Vitascope really made our stay exciting and memorable. Brian, the Manager, made sure he took care of us. The hostess was polite and made sure our seats were where... More

I travel a lot for work and this was a nice stay. Convenient with conference in the hotel and quick cab ride to nightlife and activities in down time. Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. I would stay again.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel this week. I stayed at the hotel for a business conference. When I arrived, my room was not ready, which was fine since my colleague and I arrived before 3pm. We inquired as to when our rooms would be ready, and they indicated that it would be about 45 minutes. They... More

Fine if you're on business in the central district. Not good if you are attending a conference. The F&B staff is a disaster with a large group. I attended a conference here and the hotel staff was horribly unprepared to deal with a 1000 person conference. They'd bring coffee out for 10 minutes with no cups. Breaks (including coffee and... Good location in downtown, not really convenient if you plan to spend time in the French quarter. Has valet parking with unlimited in/out all day for $40 daily. Easy self park next door with plenty of space. Hotel lobby is inviting and updated. Greeted promptly by check in staff Gold Passport line. Room is appointed pretty well with nice king... More

This hotel is located in a good location just outside of the French Quarter. I stayed for a business conference and was only here for a couple days however I enjoyed my visit. Check in went smoothly but the front desk staff seemed a little stiff and stuffy. It took a couple minutes of my friendly questions before the young... More

Very clean, spacious, good on premises food options and a Starbucks. Plenty of exibiton and meeting space. Rooms are well manitined. Some of the service aspects could use improvement: front desk staff is quite slow for checkin and checkout, taxi cab line is chaotic, service in main dining options is slow. The exception for dining service is Borgne, all food... More

I was at this hotel for business and was disappointed with the front desk personnel as well as with the room service. Prior to arrival, I had contacted the FedEx on site business center to print documents needed for my business trip. Upon arrival (and prior confirmation that the package would be waiting for me at the front desk upon... More
