He stayed two nights here as a last minute option. Great price, great location, great character, and clean. It gives a little impression of stuffiness and needs a desperate update in their carpet and bathrooms. We enjoyed it but not sure if I would stay there again. More

This hotel had a GREAT location and the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Rooms were AMAZINGLY clean, but not kept up well at all. The flooring under the carpet was very uneven and uncomfortable to walk on. There were so many scuff marks and cracks on the walls, and caulking needed touch up in many areas in the bathroom.... Fantastic place to be in the Quarter - over on the quieter side near Frenchmen if you want to be a bit away from all of the noise/hectic life that is closer to Bourbon and Canal.
