The room was large, clean, & cheery with good wi-fi service. The continental breakfast was okay. Parking ended up being $20.00 per day which is a bit expensive. All in all the actual room & stay was average but the staff there were just terrible. My company paid fo the hotel through the convention housing bureau but the hotel claimed... more

Hotel was clean, suit easily accommodated 3 people. Good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Good hotel for business purposes, a bit far for walking to French Quarter within walking distance to convention center. more

We were 100% satisfied with all services. The best features are the beds. Had a king size bed that was more comforqble then my bed at home. Great free breakfest as well-coMplete with waffles eggs oatmeal and other pastries. Housekeeping and front desk were friendly. The only negative was parking. You had to pay$ 20 a night to use thier... more

We were here during the first weekend of Jazz Fest 2009. We had never stayed in the Warehouse District before and we were pleasantly surprised. Great restaurants abounded. Trolley to French Quarter was a few blocks. Very safe place to walk. Nice pool, great breakfast , and very quiet. We would stay here again, most definitely! In fact, we'd rather... more

We stayed at this hotel Easter weekend with our teenagers. We have always stayed in the French Quarter when we come to New Orleans, but will probably be staying here for our return visits! Great price on rooms, great location. Not alot of noise like in the French Quarter. It's a very short drive to Decatur St. If you need... more

We stayed at the Springhill Suites in New Orleans and it was wonderful. The rooms were very clean! I use to work in the hotel industry and I am always looking for mistakes in rooms. These rooms were spotless!! My husband and two young daughters, as well as my parents all stayed and enjoyed the staff, the breakfast (tons of... more

We've spent 4 nights at Mardi Gras in this great hotel. Check-in process was quick and painless. The room was nice bright and clean and there was almost no street noise. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Lobby area is spacious and the staff was always friendly. We had a few extra requests and the staff at the... more

I stayed here with a friend of mine while in town for an NFL Football game. We didn't have a car the entire 4 days we were there! Never needed it. From the hotel you can walk virtually everywhere including the French Quarter. The hotel is actually in the Warehouse District, and if you look around the lobby, you can... more

The hotel disloses that parking is limited and based on first come, first served. Ok, no problem. We checked in at noon and were told the same policy. When we came back to the front desk later in the day, again the agent reiterated "first come, first served." When I dug deeper I was told that "you have to keep... more

I only ranked this a 1 star cause they dont give you the option of rating it a ZERO. I have to agree with the review I read of ACaliforniaGuy (Nov 2007) - This hotel is a Ghetto-HAVEN. I absolutely HATED it. We stayed here 4th of July wknd, thankfully for only ONE night.... it's rated #60 of 154 hotels... more
