This is a boutique hotel in the heart of the CBD. It is short walking distance to the French Quarter and just blocks away from the WW2 and Ogden museums. The restaurant Tivoli and Lee inside the hotel has an amazing bartender and the food is delicious. The bellman Carl was particularly helpful. The room was appointed nicely with a... More

Room was very nice. Hotel Lobby is very nice. Staff is very professional and courteous. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is right around the corner from the World War II Museum, the Civil War Museum, and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art.

Great place for the price..be careful of all the parking fees. At one point the parking garage wasn't working and we had to pay to use the $10 for 10 hours lot and had to come back to refill the meter several times.

The service was fantastic. The room is super clean and the decor is clean and chic. The location is only one block from The National WWII Museum. The hotel is right on the street car line. There is a large bird in the front who is awesome.

Fantastic southern hospitality. We (2 guess) stayed in a Spacious clean room with a king bed. Very polite staff. Pretty good location, the circle is beautiful and there is several museums in the area. All around great stay. Will definitely return soon :) Thanks for all the help Carl & Q!

We had a great time in the City. There was a city wide water issue, but Carl took the time to ensure that my daughter and I were ok. He was very polite and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others because of him. Thank you #hotelmodern #seeyounextyear

As we approached the hotel I remarked to my wife "this hotel doesn't look too modern" but I was pleasantly surprised. When we arrived the front desk had a very minimalistic approach using iPad for your entire check in experience. Ms. Scarlet will greet you over and over again until you acknowledge her. We were then greeted by the most... More

We reserved two rooms at the hotel. When we arrived we tried to get two rooms next to each other to stay close with our kids. The rooms were not the best for a family. Then Carl came to our rescue and helped us out. Now we are in rooms conducive to a family. Thanks. This hotel is very accommodating.

Staying in Arts District / Warehouse District

Neighborhood Profile
Arts District / Warehouse District
Once a thriving industrial zone, today this district is home to a buzzing arts scene with an amazing assortment of galleries, boutiques, and studios having moved in and set up shop throughout the disused warehouses for which the area is so well known. Much of the art you'll come across here is local in scope, ownership and inspiration. However, among the many old brick warehouses are modern structures of steel and glass housing large-scale cultural institutions of national prominence such as the National World War II Museum, the Contemporary Arts Center, and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Just as eye catching as what’s on view inside the galleries and museums is the chance to see your ship come in at the Julia Street Cruise Terminal, which serves as a wistful reminder of the city’s historic maritime prominence.
