The hotel has just been completely renovated. No frills, but everything you need. Large shower, TV, free WiFi, room safe, amenities and so on. The thick windows protect from the outside noise. It's only 15 minutes away from the French Quarter by foot, and even less with Saint Charles' street train. More

Upsides - the nicest desk staff ever. The hotel's location right on the St. Charles streetcar line makes it a snap to get to Magazine Street antiquing or the French Quarter. Nice marble bath.
