have recently returned from a week long stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown-Superdome in New Orleans. I want to personally compliment the entire staff of that hotel and in particular desk clerks Pattrice and Lucien who gave service far beyond what was expected. I am a professional photographer and was attending a photo conference in New Orleans last week while... More

My experience here was incredible! I stayed at this location while on an interview and I must say, it's one of the best Holiday Inn's I've been to. The rooms were neat, clean, elegant looking but the best part of the experience was actually the service! The front desk staff was more than helpful, particularly Juanita T. who went out... More

For what you pay for these rooms (I know, I know, it's New Orleans), I would have expected better. The cost of our room was supposed to come with a "free" breakfast ... but only one of us could get the free breakfast even though there were two of us staying in the room. It advertised that the shuttle ran... More

As a Retired Holiday Inn General Manager, (Southern California), and now having traveled the entire USA, staying at many Holiday Inns, I am somewhat uniquely "qualified" to "rate" this property and staff. It is excellent in every regard! While many Holiday Inns simply have "hotel food" to retain the Brand Name, this property has great food, including a wonderful breakfast... More

Stayed here one night in conjunction with a "cruise and park" deal (stay one night, park a total of 8 nights including 7 while on your cruise - a very good deal!). Very impressed with the room - by far the best room we've seen at a Holiday Inn and, for that matter, almost all other hotel brands. Front desk... More

Stayed here for the Saints/Lions playoff game and the BCS Championship Game. Super busy weekend and a super packed hotel. But everything went smoothly. Quick check-in (they let us check in two hours early!), plenty of parking in the garage ($23/day), and a mostly friendly staff. The room itself was awesome. Decent sized so we never felt cramped for space.... More

I stayed here recently for the National Championship football game - so a busy weekend. The hotel is actually much nicer than I was expecting. Everything is remodeled. So brand new carpet, bathrooms, beds, etc. The staff was friendly, even during a super busy weekend. The best part - is is WALKING distance from the Superdome.

In addition to this hotel being only 2-3 blocks from the Superdome, it does have a freshened appearance on the inside. Room was very nice and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful.

This hotel was great and I do mean Great. The hotel was recently renovated and our room was beautiful from door to balcony. Everything was new. The Bed was so confortable, I haven't slept this well in a long time. The staff was just so hospitable. Juanita and Brandy were wonderful and Emmett was a great help. This was our... More

First of all, the staff here are very attentive and hospitable. The hotel itself is older, but has newly renovated rooms. Our room was renovated with two full-size beds, very nice. However the sliding glass door to the balcony (facing the Superdome side) was the original door, and was terribly beat-up to the point where it would no longer close... More
