My wife and I stayed here Nov.1-5 and enjoyed our stay. The staff here are very accommodating. The first night we had a king room on the side facing Rampart Street and found it too noisy, so we asked for an inside king room, and they gave us one which was much quieter. They gave us good directions to sites... more

The hotel is in the Vieux Carré (French quarter), far enough from Bourbon street so you can sleep at night. Nice pool and inner court to relax before going out for dinner. Breakfast is good. Rooms (bathroom especially) could be cleaner, though. Fair price. more

The web page said it was recently updated, but they did a poor job of painting an ugly seem ran the length of one wall.... more

We were in New Orleans for 4 days & stayed here. Though it is on the border of the French Quarters it was walking distance to all attractions. There is a small bar at the hotel with a bartender who is like a travel guide, he was great. One of the gals working night staff lives in the French Quarters... more

My husband and I traveled to NOLA for the weekend with five other friends. This hotel was by far the cheapest we could find. It is a 5 minute walk to Bourbon Street. The rooms are clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. As it was July we really appreciated the AC and pool area. The pool is small but worked... more

This hotel is lovely and is in a great spot, only 3 blocks from Bourbon Street. We arrived at 2am and the clerk was waiting for us with lots of information. He was very friendly. He directed us to a place to eat a few blocks away and told us about the cafe used in Benjamin Button movie. The heat... more

We found this hotel to meet our needs. We were able to get a fridge and microwave in our room. The room was nice and clean. First, our room was next to the elevator- yikes, I wasn't able to sleep the first night- I thought a train was passing over head. On our third night they were able to move... more

I was very surprised to see a chain hotel like the Best Western have the same ambiance and charm of the historic French Quarter hotels nearby. In the middle of the property was this beautiful courtyard with a pool, tons of greenery, and a beautiful fountain. Downstairs across from the front desk was a cute little lounge that had a... more
