We found this hotel to meet our needs. We were able to get a fridge and microwave in our room. The room was nice and clean. First, our room was next to the elevator- yikes, I wasn't able to sleep the first night- I thought a train was passing over head. On our third night they were able to move... more

In the middle of the property was this beautiful courtyard with a pool, tons of greenery, and a beautiful fountain. Downstairs across from the front desk was a cute little lounge that had a... more

The staff were excellent. the room was smaller than expected as were the parking spaces. There was no ref.,shuttle service, data port, or newspaper. Overall I was satisfied. I had read some reviews that were not so good but mostly they were unfounded. My next trip to N.O. La. I will stay here again. The continental breakfast was very decent. Thanks... more

I stayed here for one night, as planned, on my way back home from another trip. The staff throughout was amazing. The hotel is located in a old building but then again it is at the tip of the french quarter so that should be expected. The room I stayed in was really large with a comfortable king bed, eating... more

do not stay at this hotel. the room was motel-6 or less standard. we were put clear in the back, and received no room service. we were told it was our fault for putting the "do not disturb" sign out. thing is, we did not, and when i told the clerk this she said we had to have or the... more

This was our first time at this hotel and in New Orleans. We stayed there this past weekend for the NBA ALLStar event and were plesantly surprised. Our room and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff were great and very helpful. We didn't have any problems walking back to the hotel from the French Quarter. I liked it... more
