Balcony room overlooking Bourbon St offered 24 hrs/day free entertainment! Had a great view of street entertainers and all activity on Bourbon. Was within walking distance of everything. Did not rent a car or hire a taxi in 6 days. There is also a great Market on St. Peter & Royal, just a few blocks away. Used Trivago site and... More

I had to head to New Orleans for business and wanted to stay at great location for entertaining clients in the French Quarter and meetings in the CBD. The Four Points by Sheraton in the French Quarter was the perfect spot. Not to mention it is completely new and has a nice contemporary feel. The staff was helpful and friendly.... More

Paid for a Junior Suite w/a King bed and a Balcony with a view of Bourbon St. They gave us a standard room, 2 double beds, no balcony and a view of the parking lot. The front desk clerk lied and told Expedia they put us in a larger than standard room with a courtyard view(see photos). The front desk... More

I have never been to New Orleans before so I chose a location right in the middle of the action. The hotel lobby and pool area are very nicely kept up. The first night I was given a "suite", but the AC was unable to cool the room. The staff was kindly able to change my room after having maintenance... More

Right in the middle of the action, this Bourbon Street hotel is clean and up to date. Our room was in the back of the hotel and thus quieter, but the front rooms had balconies. The hotel restaurant is of good quality and very inexpensive for breakfast. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Great location and well appointed hotel. Just as expected and always a treat to be at a Sheraton! Well worth the price! Walking distance or a short cab ride to everything you want to see and do. Parking has gone a bit crazy so cab it and leave the car at home!

We stay at this hotel every visit to New Orleans( (which is often) due do friendly/professional staff, prompt valet parking service, clean, comfortable/clean rooms, reasonable prices. Also LOVE the opera lounge! What a surprise to find on Bourbon Street. It is close to some great restaurants as well (Pier 424 for seafood; Vacherie - breakfast; Tony Moran's for Italian.)

This is a great location in the French Quarter, in the heart of Bourbon Street! It was formerly a Ramada and they have made some fantastic improvements and upgrades. You can book a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street, the side street or the courtyard. Quality staff, and a very busy location. But beware. The location is on Bourbon street, and as... More

My wife and I recently stayed here during the New Orleans Jazz and heritage festival. Overall the experience was a good one with some highlights and some quirks. Lets start with the highlights. The front desk staff is excellent. Everyone we encountered during our stay were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. This also included the night security folks. This hotel... More

The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean. Security is good. The bar is nice. The pool is nice. The rooms are smaller than most. The hotel is older but well maintained. It obviously sees some harder use given its location. You should be aware that you will enter and exit on Bourbon Street. Bourbon Street runs from PG-13... More
