This is a beautiful hotel right smack in the middle of the French Quarter on Bourbon Street. The rooms are kind of small, but if you're spending that much time in your room, you're doing New Orleans wrong! Get out there, stroll the French Quarter. You can walk to Canal Street from this hotel and catch the St. Charles Streetcar... more

First of all, we had reservations at another place in the French Quarter, but it ended up being horrible (see Hotel St. Pierre review). I called the Ramada Inn on Bourbon and got an empathetic yet professional lady on the line. She held a corner suite for us. We got there, and even the parking attendant knew we were coming.... more

I absolutely loved this hotel, we stayed in an interior room, never heard any noise from the streets. We went on several tours that were right around the corner, everything is so close we walked to the river daily...wonderful value, clean rooms and the staff was very helpful. This is the only hotel i would ever stay at in New... more

We stopped over for one night decided to stay on Bourbon street for fun, great location and nice hotel for being 200 years old. Rooms are small so if you need to move around in your room find a bigger hotel. This hotel gives you the spirit of New Orleans even though Bourbon Street has turned into a Red Light... more

We stayed at the Inn on Bourbon for three nights and we were satisfied with this choice. We thought about staying in one of the five star luxurious hotels but we wanted to be in the middle of the action to get the feel of the real deal. We were so happy that we did! The location can't be beat.... more

I stayed there in August and was alone. This was my first trip to New Orleans and I really didn't know what to expect. I loved where it was located if I wanted to party, but I just needed one night of sleep and I didn't get that. I would love to go back with my husband and stay there... more

We just returned from our first vacation in New Orleans. We chose the Inn on Bourbon because of its location and the good reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel has just undergone an extensive and complete renovation so everything was brand new. That makes the comment in another person's review that the carpet and bedding were worn and shabby... more

After spending about 4 hours checking hundreds of web sites looking for a New Orleans hotel for about $100/night (and there are many decent choices in the $79 - 119 range - especially mid-week) I finally found this place for $89 when booked directly through Ramada's site - it was more everywhere else I checked. At that price - this... more

Okay, the main attraction of this hotel is the location. Right on Bourbon so you can go outside the front door and be at a bar in minutes. I wanted to experience what it was like to have a balcony right on Bourbon and I'm glad I did get to try it. I can tell you it's over-rated. Low-quality strip... more

The hotel was nice enough. Very convenient. Room faced Toulouse and could hear a lot of the noise from Bourbon; but, once you closed the insulated drapes it blocked a lot of the noise - that along with the air conditioner running helped a lot. TV worked but remote didn't - that was annoying but luckily wasn't spending too much... more
