The hotel was right in the French Quarter, so that was a plus. However, the customer service was horrific. First off, we paid about 300 bucks/nights for a room that didn't even face Bourbon and on the weekend AFTER Mardi Gras (during Lent). Although I specifically paid for a King bed and upgraded room, we got a small, tiny room... More

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. This is an old building, but the rooms are clean and well maintained. Keep in mind that this hotel is right on Bourbon Street, and there are bands playing to 2:00 - 3:00 in the morning. On the plus side, you step out the door and you're on the heart of Bourbon St. Hand... More

This is a beautiful, elegant hotel in Bourbon Street. It has an old world charm, personality and ambience. - in fact it was the site of the first Opera House in the US. Although it was in the centre of all the action, we found it quite quiet at night (We had a room overlooking Bourbon Street but without a... More

This hotel is close to everything and right in the middle of Bourbon. It sounds good in theory to stay on Bourbon and if this is your first time to NOLA , you should totally do it! You can get a room with a balcony or use the community balcony and throw beads. Because it is in the middle of... More

This hotel is in the heart of the French Quarter , It's very easy to walk to the Mississippi, the French Market, Jackson Square and a lot of the parades during Mardi Gras. Everyone greets you and smiles here, although we waited for our room we were still in on time and it was very clean and refreshing, easy to... More

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the French Quarter. We stayed in Room 302 and will request that room from now on. It leads to a huge, beautiful community balcony that overlooks both Toulouse and Bourbon Streets! Bring some beads to throw, and have fun! Elevator is secured, you must have your key to use it.... When we arrived early afternoon the room was not ready and we had to come back several times before it was, which was a nuisance as we wanted to check-in and then explore the city. The staff at the front desk was quite impersonal. We had booked a room including breakfast via a UK travel agency but had to ask... More

This was a mother-daughter trip, years in the making! My mom put me in charge of finding the hotel, and I have had dreams of staying at this hotel since I was a young girl. We stayed in a street-view room facing Toulouse, which put us in the middle of the action while keeping our room nice and quiet. Why... More

My wife and I stayed here in early December of 2014. NOLA was very quiet. Not that many people. The Sheraton is great. Staff was terrific. Front desk and bellman very helpful and pleasant. They have a great sitting area and bar / lounge. There is a real nice pool area inclosed but with balconies over looking. We were on... More

We booked rooms here as a part of a group. The staff, even when asked in advance and at check-in, made no effort to put the group on the same floor, much less in the same area. Over the course of a 4 night stay, our room has been made up exactly once. One of the misses was our fault,... More
