A group of us (10 guys) met up for a graduation reunion and headed down to NOLA for an early weekend. We went from January 7 thru January 10th. Weather unfortunately wasn't as warm as we had hoped, but coming from NY which at the time was averaging 10-15 degrees, a 35 degree day was awesome. This was my 2nd... More

We stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. We had a balcony room on the Toulose Street side. Noise wasn't bad because we have a white noise machine but the room itself was tiny and the bathroom was awful. No towel hooks, no vent fan, and barely enough room for one person to stand at the mirror. The bed... More

Awesome! Even with my two teenage girls. They enjoyed the pool. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. We had a top floor view of Bourbon St. No balcony, but a window we could see out. The room was small, but it was all we needed. Parking was no problem in the onsite parking garage.. But it was a... More

I was somewhat hesitant when I found our Addictions Conference was going to be right down on Bourbon Street; however, I was pleasantly surprized at my rooms quite! I had a second floor room with a balcony facing the pool. This side of the hotel was very quiet and afforded me a pleasant way to warm in the sunshine. The... More

From the moment you get out of taxi you go back in time. The hotel was the old Opera house and it is still a lovely. We wanted to experience NOLA as it was ment to be, and we did. We had a Bourbon street side room with a balcony, complete with beads. What a great time. We will be... More

The front desk was great when we called to ask questions and when we checked in. Others seem to have issues reserving through expedia so we just went right through hotel. The bellhop was super friendly and valet parking was fast. The room was very clean, small annoyances like the fan not working in bath room but everything else was... More

We were able to get a balcony room facing Bourbon Street. While it is loud if you are trying to go to sleep before 10 - 11, it gives you the full Bourbon Street experience without being down in it. Sit on your balcony and watch the freak show as it is unbelievable what happens on Bourbon Street. The hotel... More

I'm a loyal SPG traveler and typically stay at the W when I go to Jazz Fest in NOLA. Thought I'd try the Sheraton since a good location. I had visions of staying on Latouse street side with a balcony. From reviews they say that's the best spot where you can watch people, many also noted don't stay on the... More

The hotel is located in the center of the action on Bourbon St. The location is great if that's what you are looking for. Lots of little issues came up that resulted in this low rating. 1-I booked a balcony street view room online. I was given a courtyard room at check in and the woman at the desk was... More

Just returned from my first visit to New Orleans and a 5 night stay at the Four Points Sheraton. Location wise - right on Bourbon Street in the thick of of it all. Walking distance to just about everything. Ask for a room in the rear so you are not above Bourbon Street - you'll thank me. The hotel staff... More
