We stayed for just one night but wanted the full new Orleans trip. So we opted for a Bourbon balcony room. It was fun. The balcony is a shared one, but looks right down on all the action. It was noisy, but that is what we wanted. The room was older but the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast at... More

Hotel check in was quick and easy, super friendly staff. Pool was awesome and very clean. Room had view of Bourbon street with outside balcony, would recommend staying here. Gift shop has some cool items and is no more pricey than anywhere else.

This hotel is right in the middle of Bourbon Street, just the place to see everything you need to see. Two minutes from the Mississippi River, and Canal Street where all the shops are. The hotel staff are very helpful and the rooms are spacious and well decorated clean and the bed is very comfy. The Amtrak Train station is... More

We had an incredible stay. Management goes above and beyond, as well as the staff. The location could not be better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We brought our 3 small children, and the balconies were perfect for us to enjoy the atmosphere from a safe distance.

Hotel very clean, beds comfortable & breakfast good & reasonably priced. Good location, walking distance to most tourist attractions in the French Quarter. Only negative point being that i made a personal contact call to the hotel at end of May to secure room with 2 beds not overlooking Bourbon St as we had been told about the noise. From the phone... This hotel was in the heart of Bourbon st. The room we had was a balcony overlooking Toulouse and Bourbon and it was prime for people watching. The staff was always helpful with a dining location which was helpful for late night pizza cravings. The only gripe I had was the elevator cars were broken more than they weren't.

From the moment we stepped into the 4 points we were treated really well. The staff from Neil the bellboy to Waffa and michael behind the bar were excellent. I will only reccomend this hotel fully. Yes it can be noisy outside but you are right in the middle of one of the busiest streets in America. Thankyou 4 Points.

Had an overall nice stay at this hotel. If you book room away from Bourbon Street, it will be like any other hotel - but location will be superb for the French Quarter in New Orleans. If you book room facing Bourbon Street, it means you'll have quite some noise outside your room. Surprisingly, it wasnt disturbing when closing the... More

We booked this hotel through Southwest vacation deals. The reviews are not that great and I was skeptical initially. The ride here by taxi from the airport is a flat $33, which the shuttle was comparable however you'd have to ride through the hotel drop offs vs just getting to your destination. The girl that checked us in wasn't very... More
