W New Orleans is the best hotel to stay at. Service is unbelievable! Management is fabolous and so accomodating and what a pleasure that is when you are on a leisure trip. The customer service at this hotel was phenomenal. My daughter and I had every need attended to. The beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was nothing special and the restaurants were OK, but we had a lovely room and enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was clean, cool and completely friendly. All the staff were extremely professional, but also made you feel welcome...whether coming in from the conference after a busy day , or just walking out in the morning.
