Everything about this hotel is top notch! The drapes automatically open when you walk up to the door! The service staff was extremely friendly and room service food was amazing. I recommend the key lime torte for dessert. Valet parking is a bit pricely, but that is the norm in this area. Fully stocked mini bar is also a plus

It's downtown New Orleans so this building is old and because of that it seems dirty. Not the best hotel in NO. The staff was SO friendly and location was great so it was sort of a trade off. I love the bliss bath products...good quality. Parking is expensive but that's the case with any hotel downtown.

Up to the usual W standards, though nothing special. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room service was decent and cost less than in most other Ws. Good rooms though a little aged, and unusually, without a proper blackout curtain. Nice little pool and a well equipped gym open 24 hours.
