This was our second visit. Still magical and memorable. Brought our son to introduce him to this great city. Ruth, thank you for always making us feel special. The restaurant recommendations were excellent!

The weekend that we spent with Ruth at Lanaux Mansion was perfect in every way. Our room was spotlessly cleaned, yet quaint and charming. Ms. Ruth is very hospitable, and went out of our way to make sure that we had everything we needed. The home is truly a historical gem, and we will definitely plan to stay there again!

Thats Lanaux Mansion and dear Ruth. Here is a home away from home. We stayed in the big downstairs room and it had everything we needed. Stayed four nights over New Years. We had the Enchanted Cottage and our friends had the Johnson suite, so we spent enough time in each.The location is very convenient to Frenchman Street for all that great music that you come to NOLA for. A little off the beaten path but that is what my husband and I prefer for privacy. However, don't let that comment sway you away. This B&B has everything you want- privacy, excellent service, close to restaurants and clubs but quiet! Innkeeper is wonderful! Will definately stay here again and recommend to friends!
