Stayed here for about a week on business in May. I have to say that it was much nicer than I expected. The staff was especially helpful. If you ever need anything, ask for "Bull". He was the concierge that does everything and anything for hotel guests. Including, coming in on his days off. The rooms were quite comfortable, but... more

This Courtyard is fine for the money. I agree with others the rooms are small and need the Marriott update burt it was clean and the staff was very accomodating. The breakfast was typical Courtyard. The Breakfast attendant was super nice and very eager to please. You are less than a block from Royal Street and are on the St... more

The Courtyard New Orleans St. Charles has a couple things going for it. First is its location, splitting the distance between the business district and bourbon street. It is right next to the J.W. Marriott and on the St Charles Streetcar line. The hotel is clean and quiet. My room faced an interior courtyard so I didn't hear any street... more

Just completed a nice 3-day stay. Location is great, with an easy walk to the French Quarter. It is as good or better than the many Marriott Courtyards that I have stayed at. I had a nice corner room 415 which faced the street and not the inner courtyard. The corner room was much bigger than my co-workers regular room,... more

This hotel has a good location for the French Quarter, RiverWalk and French Market. The rooms are not huge. There was a daily breakfast buffet for $9.95. I didn't eat it, but it seemed pretty cheap. There is a hotel bar, but it rarely had anyone in it. Overall, I was happy with the stay for the price. more

This hotel has a great location. It is one block from Canal and Bourbon St. the rooms are a little small and they are a little loud because they all face inward (with a window facing the inside of the hotel) to a 6 or 7 story atrium. Two of the three nights I woke up to loud talking or... more

A nice hotel one block from Bourbon Street. The rooms itself are a little small, and the only windows face inside the hotel, but the location is perfect! Since the area itself near the hotel is very constricted, valet parking at $22.00 per night is your only option. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced with all the basic foods you'd... more

After 4 nights at the Hyatt attending a conference, we moved to the Courtyard. The Hyatt was too far from the French Quarter. The Courtyard was only 1 block from the beginning of Bourbon St., and within walking distance of most of the Quarter. Each morning we by-passed the Breakfast at the Courtyard and caught the Street Car right outside... more
