Booked and paid for this hotel room by credit card 3 week prior to check-in from "Hotels.com". Looking for a reasonable price for a buddy and I to stay for Jazz Fest. I had read some poor reviews of this hotel but decided to book it anyway thinking, "it can't be that bad". We arrived exhausted, late in the afternoon... More

We stayed 2 days it was expensive for what you get. The staff was nice well one lady the others were ok. They were spreading for bugs one day so we had to leave the room. Only saw one roach the toilet leaked so they have us towels instead of fixing it. It was pretty far from everything but a... More

This hotel is grimy. It looks like something out of a post apocalyptic movie. I didn't feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot and my door didn't close all the way. I'm pretty sure there are squatters living in this building as well. No batteries in the remote, no clock either. The sink blasted me with water every... More

We stayed here for the Essence Festival. Compared to the other overpriced Hotels, this motel was not too bad for the money; you get what you pay far. However, they really need to hire a maid staff that practice attention to detail! Within the first hour of checking into the room, we had to call the front desk to send... More

We stayed at this hotel for the Essence. We at first was not going to stay because it looked run down but the front desk was exceptionally wonderful and the room was clean but needed some updating. We will stay again. The front desk said they just got new management and the hotel was going under renovation. It's in a... More

We spent one night there. Room smelled of smoke, curtains had holes, room was dirty. Sheets were not clean, they were Grey colored. I will never stay here again. Office said it was a safe place. However we did not sleep all night. Attempted armed robbery occurred on the night we stayed there. Very scary place to stay. Would not... More

It was the average ho-stroll mo/ho tel. Nothing special. Front desk nice. But I can't really tell you how it looked due to me getting in at 4 and over sleeping the next day. But my cousin did say she saw a roach in her room. Pulled in around 10-11 saw some dudes outside but they weren't thinking bout me.... More
