Overall the hotel is clean and friendly. We had problems with our reservation length of stay two times while there and had to make front desk trips to clear problem up. Hotel is far too pricey for a continental breakfast when you have to pay an additional $33.00 to park per day because you are told at the front desk... More

2nd time back and we were not disappointed. A real southern gem, closer to a full-service resort but with far better value for the money relative to competing hotel chains and properties in the area. Very secure and well located with easy access to all.

Loved everything about our stay here!! Our suite was gorgeous and clean! I strongly recommend staying on the warehouse side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back!!!

The staff was all so pleasant and helpful. We were on the top floor and the view of the city was nice. The room was clean and comfy and the breakfast for good. It was an easy walk to the Convention center and to take the street car down to the French Quarter.

Great location, great service and great rooms. If you are thinking of utilizing this hotel for large groups or for your wedding, like I did, then this is a great facility in regards to value and friendly service from a very personable staff.

Above average Hampton Inn. Big comfortable rooms, and steps away from the Convention Center. Breakfast was very good. Bar and restaurant were fine. The hotel has nice public spaces and was VERY clean. Stayed for five days for a convention and it was my favorite place at this venue.
