This was the final hotel I booked on our Memphis-NOLO Road Trip. Unfortunately I never realised it had a swimming pool (we never used it), which obviously raises the price up. It served a purpose but was the least liked out of the 4 hotels we'd stayed in. It is close to the French Quarter, but we found better hotels... More

Just what I expected from an IHG property. Very roomy and happy hour. The rooms are comfortable and I slept great. Breakfast was delicious. If you are looking for a great place come here. You want go wrong with this property.

I stayed here for 3 nights, with a friend, after a two- year absence. My husband had died suddenly last July and I was a little apprehensive about visiting New Orleans without him . Roy and Michael were still working there, and i would particularly like to thank them for making this visit such a comfortable, happy experience .

My husband, my WWII Vet dad and I visited NOLA, 4 nights here. Rooms were great. We went to attached restaurant for breakfast ea a.m. Spent Happy Hour here often, and drinks were delish, as in, Manhattans, Bloodies, and NOLA specialties. Hotel is located close to Bourbon Street but, thank goodness, not on same! Housekeeping was attentive, as was Alan... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. It was one street away from Bourbon street and most places are within walking distance which was fantastic. The valet parking guys were very helpful and friendly. All staff we dealt with were happy and friendly. The room does need an update it is a little dated. A fresh... More

Great hotel and location not far from all the main area/bourbon street but far enough to get a nice quiet sleep. The concierges were very helpful (Alan and I can't remember the other guy sorry!) they gave us great places to eat and suggested renting a car and touring the plantation instead of doing the bus thing for way cheaper... This hotel is just back from Bourbon street, meaning you can be very close to the action but still get a decent nights sleep. We had a street-view room but still had no problems with noise. Hotel itself is a bit dated and doesn't offer the close attention you get in more expensive hotels. Nevertheless the staff are helpful once... More

The location and the staff made this a perfect fit for our four nights in NOLA. We arrived well before check`in but the concierge, a terrific guy named Alan, cheerfully took care of our bags and sent us out to explore armed with names of eateries and sites to look in on while our room was being prepared. Alan is... More

The hotel is a good solid 3 stars. The staff were very friendly upon my arrival and check in, and throughout my stay. They offer Valet parking if you're driving there. Be aware it isn't complimentary. You will have a daily charge for valet, and there isn't another option if you're parking your car there. Location is great and near... More

The welcome page on the Holiday Inn Chateau Lemoyne website claims, among other things, that they have "charmingly appointed suites" and "a scenic courtyard area and pool". Having stayed there over the weekend of March 27th, I have come to the conclusion that their grasp on the English language is tenuous at best. For example, I looked up the words... More
