Good location. Staff was excellent. Room clean. I had a small maintenance issue that was taken care of immediately. Super quiet room even though hotel was probably sold out for jazz fest. Only had food at conference but it was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I love Ritz Carlton, especially the club floor, and this one is my favorite. This hotel puts all the others I have stayed in to shame. The club floor is a separate section of the hotel, is very large with several rooms, lots of seating and delicious food all day. They also leave water, sodas, coffee and snacks out 24... More

Finally stayed here but I understand now why this hotel stays fully booked--it is the best in the Crescent City. Definitely has excellent service at every turn, and the rooms and property are luxurious, clean and comfortable. The club level rooms are the way to go too, even though the price eillserm high at first glance. It's worth it! There... More

Rooms were outstanding. Short walk to Bourbon street and areas with amazing antique shops. Housekeeping regarding the in room coffee service was not what you would expect from a hotel like this one. Club level service was excellent.

The hotel is near the action. Having the lobby on the 3rd floor keeps some distance from the street traffic. Note there are homeless folks and a fair number of ramblers in the area of Canal St The room is nice and hotel well kept. The workout area could use some improvements- but it may be as much based on... More

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. It is the best! Quiet, yet centrally located right on Canal Street and by the Quarter. Service is up to normal Ritz carlton standards, which means all but perfect. Having Jeremy Davenport playing and singing in the Lounge is an extra treat.

This is probably 1st or 2nd best hotel in NOLA, but we were a little disappointed in the housekeeping service. They did not restock supplies like kleenex, mini bar, or cups during our 3 day stay, and did not always empty the trash. As is typical at most hotels, the concierge was not as accessible as we would like, but... More

Spending four days here during the music festival. So far, we are underwhelmed by this hotel. Rooms need to be painted and spruced up. Looks like a dog scratched the molding, and no one cares what the rooms look like. We spent two days with a broken shower and missing light; we finally had to get angry and demand these... More

Dear JRTtaveler, Thank you for sharing your comments with the Trip Advisor Community regarding your recent experience with us at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. I do apologize for the lack of responsiveness to the broken shower and lights in your room as well as the lack of housekeeping service. We did a long weekend, my boyfriend and I. I had stayed here prior to this rating but enjoyed it more this time around. The Club Level is well worth it. Multiple rooms that are decorated very nicely! We went before Christmas so it was bit chilly but before heading out for the evening we always started in the club... More

Went to New Orleans for 2 nights over Easter weekend. The included breakfast with our room was superb. Omelet station, poached eggs, assorted fresh baked breads, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, assorted breakfast meats, hash-browns...I could go on and on. A super start to our days..The bed was amazingly comfortable and we slept very well. The rooms are well insulated and... More
