We stayed at the Club level for four wonderful nights! The furniture here is just beautiful. Wish I could have shipped it back home. The rooms are beautiful. Really stunning! The absolute best part about this hotel is the amazing location right at the end of Bourbon Street. The rooms were of average quality. There were some stains on the carpet and the bathroom and vanity were very small. The TV was also beautiful but there wasn't any place inside the room to plug an Ipod in to play. One... more

The staff is friendly and eager to please, but I was very uncomfortable walking around the hotel's neighborhood at night. While the Ritz is located on the edge of the French Quarter, it is literally the seedy side of town.
