Perfect bed and breakfast away from the night life of bourban street but close enough to walk too. Park you car in the gated parking lot and walk to all you destinations or catch a trolley. We stayed in the newly renovated White room, which is the smallest room but fit all our needs while we stayed in the quarter.... More

We booked here for a week and were treated to a real treat. The Armstrong Room which we booked was fabulous with its own kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals for yourself. The bathroom was wonderful, so much room. The lounge and bedroom area were great as well. We were given a two course breakfast every morning by the... More

These beautiful, super-clean cottages look like they are out of a magazine. The location is convenient, and the Treme neighborhood is really interesting. Try going to the beautiful local church on Sunday morning for a welcoming service that has brass band accompaniment! And there is an excellent bar/restaurant right across Rampart street. The hoteliers were incredibly helpful, and took care... More

Our family spent three nights at the Jazz Quarters and we loved it. The location is fantastic - only three blocks from Bourbon Street yet the Inn is quiet and peaceful. Free off-street parking is a definite plus. Public transport is right around the corner if you want it. We stayed in the Connick, a two bedroom king cottage. Spacious,... More

We visited New Orleans to retrace our parent's honeymoon which they took in 1946. We've always preferred staying in bed and breakfasts and did some research before picking the Jazz Quarters and we're so glad we did. Situated on the border of the French Quarter and Treme it's a perfect home base for seeing the city. Our hosts Robert and... More

I just did it the Jazz quarters with a group of friends. The place had nice cozy cottages with antique decor. The stay was ok due to the fellowship of friends. However Jazz Quarters could use a class in customer service and I was very put off by the owners' attitudes. In addition, the location was less than desirable for... More

Thank you for posting about your recent stay at the Jazz Quarters. It's tough to address a complaint about our staff without more specifics, but I can say that our hardworking team is known for going above and beyond for guests. Of course, I'm biased, but I'm also basing this on extensive feedback from reviews and responses from happy clients.... More

Overall, I think the cottages are a very nice spin on the typical bed and breakfast; separate units versus the typical house. It allowed for more freedom in regards to noise as they are all one story buildings. There were 7 of us split between 2 cottages and it worked really well. One had a family room so we could... More

Thank you for the feedback about your stay at the Jazz Quarters. It appears the late check-in and many members of the group checking in at different times created some communication issues here. Our typical check-in process covers so many details about our unique property, which is why we always ask late check-in guests to read the information we provide... More

Before we even arrived, our innkeeper Lorraine was incredibly accommodating. We had some unexpected adjustments to our travel plans and Lorraine made sure the transition was effortless. Both her and Robert were the friendliest hosts you could ask for and Robert gave us some great live music recommendations. Sarah McCoy is a must see! We stayed in the Kermit cottage... More

The Kermit is a great cottage, with a little bit of a wild side, like the artist it was named after. We agree that Loraine and Robert can't be beat and we're glad you enjoyed your time with us. Thanks so much for sharing your experience and do visit us again soon. Cheers- The Jazz Quarters Team More

When I booked this B&B, I never thought it could be as good as people said it was. Was I ever wrong. First of all, the Innkeepers, Lorraine & Robert are fantastic people.
