This place was perfection! It felt like home right away. Very private and safe but within walking distance of Bourbon St. It even had parking!!! And the breakfasts were delicious!! I would recommend it to any of my friends!

Jazz Quarters is on the other side of Rampart, one of the boundaries for the French Quarter, in an area called Treme (accent on the last e.) It is quiet and dark, which was not a complete advantage in March, but will surely be an advantage when the heat of New Orleans summer hits. We stayed in the Armstrong suite,... More

Situated just a block away from the French Quarter, Jazz Quarters offers an amazing location. It's extremely peaceful, rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. The Innkeepers are amazing and offer great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. The breakfasts are an experience on their own. Amazing and tasty creole food. We stayed in the Connick Cottage. It's the... More

We stayed in the White Room at the jazz quarters. Our inn keepers were phenomenal and took great care of us! We got consistently good suggestions for restaurants. That's how we found the Cochon Butcher, which was amazing!! The White room is small, but was enough room for two people for 3 nights. It is basically a bedroom with a... More

Thanks for taking time to review us! The White is so quaint; it is one of our favorites too.It is so cozy. We will be renovating this summer and upgrading the bathroom and adding a sitting area. Hope that you will come back and stay in it when it's finished. Thanks again, The Jazz Quarters Team. More

Situated just outside the French quarter Jazz Quarters has the best of both worlds. Our garden appt. was well furnished ,clean and quiet. just a few minutes to the french quarter and on the edge of the atmospheric and somewhat gritty Treme. Don't stay here if you want to party all night on Burban street. Do stay here if you... More

Had a wonderful stay at the Jazz Quarters. We were greeted and shown to a beautiful, historic room. We were given great advice for restaurants (ate at several suggested). Everything was in great working order and very clean. Bathrooms are small, but this is an old place. Breakfast was very good also. Loved the crepes! Location was wonderful too. Not... More

Truly breathtaking. Right next to the oldest and abundant cultural parade in walking distance (Zulu). As well, a completely secluded experience. Brenna, our host, gave us a memorable experience full of history and charming anecdotes. Most definitely returning!!
