We stayed at Jazz Quarters for our 10th anniversary in the Fountain room. We loved the Fountain cottage with its period details yet modern comforts. It was charming and private. Knowing about our anniversary, they gave us a bottle of champagne, which was so nice! The location is fantastic for walking into the French Quarter, Treme and Marigny areas. Robert... More

My N'Awlins food crazed mom and I stayed at this B&B in March. Our only complaint was that the time went by way too quickly. We definitely could have added a few more days - however, with Loraine and Robert's EXCELLENT breakfasts, I'm not sure we would have fit through the door..ahem. The lodging is beautiful. We shared the Connick... More

This is the perfect place to stay at when in New Orleans. It boarders the French Quarter and is its own little compound. It has a gate so your vehicle will be safe and each room is its own little bungalow. The owners were fantastic and even gave us a little memento when we left due to some hilarity at... More

Simply Wonderful. 200 year old, NEW, lodging. 13 beautifully renovated cottages each with a unique charm. Our cottage included a living room, bedroom, and bath. Beautiful "original brick & wood" walls, wood flooring, huge fully tiled bath with jaccuzi tub and walk-in shower. 3 short blocks for Bourbon Street, close enough and walking distance to all activity yet far away... My sister in law, her husband, my wife, and I stayed here three weekends ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had great conversation with the innkeepers while enjoying the tasty breakfasts each morning. Take them up on their food and music recommendations; they know what they're talking about. There is a quiet courtyard to sit and relax, read a... More

My wife and I spent several nights here. The hosts are so hospitable and the location is convenient to the French Quarter. They offer great tips on food, jazz, sightseeing and are very nice people. The breakfasts are special and include a couple of fine courses each day.

For our first leisure trip to New Orleans, we chose a VERY cool 8-suite bed & breakfast literally across Rampart Street from the French Quarter. What we ended up with was close to a perfect combination of New Orleans hospitality, luxury accommodations, 200 year old authentic (renovated) cottages, immediate proximity to the unparalleled (in North America) French Quarter AND a... In addition to the beautiful ambience of the newly renovated room I stayed in and the wonderfully relaxing garden area, breakfast in the new dining room was the highlight. For it was here that met many like-minded travelers from all around the country and it was here where Robert and Lorraine greeted me each morning with a "sweet" or "savory"... More

My husband and I shared the Connick Suite with my sister and her husband for three nights. The rooms were very nice, and sharing a bathroom between worked out perfectly for us. The linens were very soft and there were bathrobes available for each of us. Our only complaint with our room is the antique bed was a little squeaky.... More
