This is our 2nd stay at Rose Manor & we now view it as a home away from home. Comfy rooms, bed & showers, with great breakfast. The innkeepers Ruby & Peter are icing on the delicious cake. We can't wait to return to the Big Easy & stay at the Inn again.

We were lucky to find such a super place - and the location suited us fine, as we wanted to be up by the lake. Easy parking, quiet location, lovely house, great welcome. If you get a chance, pop up to the two yacht clubs: Southerly and New Orleans and say hello to the people over a beer.

We spent 2 nights with Ruby and Peter and can't wait to return. Ruby and Peter make this place special and worth going. They truly make you feel as though you are their guest at their home. We wish that we weren't so busy with obligations while in NOLA just so we could experience more of their charm. We stayed... More

This is the first time I stay in a bed and breakfast so i wasn't sure what to expect. Rose Manor simply exceeded all my expectations. The couple was very friendly and accommodating. The place was wonderful. Since I was visiting family (and another family member was staying in the same hotel) they actually provided us with a separate table so... More

....for a second visit and was even better than I remembered. Spent six nights earlier this month and Ruby and Peter was as gracious as I had remembered. I stayed in the Magnolia Room which was absolutely perfect: comfortable bed, small desk where I could work and a love seat next to french doors where I could sit and read... More

My boyfriend and I spontaneously booked a flight to New Orleans, a city which we've never been to and of course wanted to explore. We were so lucky to have booked a (very) reasonably priced room at Rose Manor B&B Inn during New Years. Not to mention, the Sugar Bowl was happening at this time as well. That being said,... More

Stayed here for Halloween weekend to attend Voodoo Fest and must say it was a great choice. Drove my car to city park area and was able to catch the trolley to whatever side of town pretty much. Mrs. Ruby made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and from the moment I left. I will most definitely recommend... More

My wife and I had a much needed getaway, and Rose Manor was the perfect place for us to do just that. We knew we wanted to visit New Orleans, but did not want to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Rose Manor was just perfect for us! Very safe, walking distance to great... More

If you are planning to visit New Orleans, you might consider staying at the Rose Manor Inn B&B as an alternative to the standard chain hotel accomodations. Modestly priced, tucked away in a quiet corner on Pontchartrain Blvd, the Rose Manor Inn offers a refuge from the traffic and noise of the city; yet it is close enough for easy... More

My husband & I took an extended weekend trip to NOLA since we had never been there before. We waited a little late to book a room, expecting to find a better deal than what we were seeing, when I stumbled upon Rose Manor B&B 1 night before we left for our trip. So glad that I did! Ruby was... More
