Rooms are small, bathroom is tiny and beds are too hard. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Everything has a bad odor. Will not stay at doubletree anywhere ever again.

We stayed here in October of 2011. It was very clean and nice but bathroom was a little small. The bellmen and entire staff were awesome and very helpful. It is in a great location walking distance of just about everything. We chose this hotel due to price and location. We were not disappointed.

New Orleans is a city with character and charm and this hotel has neither. It isn't terrible and the location isn't bad, but all in all, it is just OK. We were there on business and would not return to this hotel on our own since there are so many other wonderful hotels in New Orleans.
