The location is really good. Easy walking distance to anything in the French Quarter. The room left a lot to be disired, though. The floor was dirty and sticky. The bath room was also in need of a lot of work. Only 4 electrical outlets all next to the air conditioner (which had mold growth in it). No outlets in...

We stayed here for 2 nights ($300 for two nights so reasonable). The location is awesome, it is nearby everything the French quarter has to offer. We stayed in Room 1, which was the one closest to the hot tub (which we didn't use--it looked dirty). The bed in this room was awful. It is probably 20 years old and...

We don't normally stay in places that have 'iffy' reviews. We decided to book the Ursuline Guest House and see for ourselves what it was like. We were not disappointed.
Is this a 5 Star resort? No, not even close. What it is, though, is a unique experience. I mean that in a good way.

Anyone who rates this bed and breakfast with 1 star needs to be sure they only stay in chain hotels from now on. We stayed in room 14 and we will go back but will choose another room next to the courtyard since our friends stayed there as well and we wanted to all be closer to each other. The...

Dont ever believe that the pictures on the web site is telling you how dirty and bad this place really is. It was a total disappointment and many of the other guests we spoke to had the same opinion. We stayed in what we from their pictures on the web "could see" was their "most beautiful" and expensive room. The water...

Location was perfect for Burbon St ..although a little seedy at night.
We checked out after not even 24hrs. The room we had was an OHS nightmare! Steep stairs to get up with luggage, air conditioner unattainable, bed about 100 years old, bathroom was unclean.
We were told to go to the convenience store to collect keys because we were...

We stayed here on 12/17/11. We were in town for one night after our cruise. I have been to NOLA several times and love the city. This is, by far, the most fun I've EVER had in a hotel! It is wonderfully close to everything, located on Ursuline between Royal & Bourbon Sts. The owners are simply fabulous! Marlin &...

I booked the 6B "hostel" room for a night and was not happy with it at all. Having traveling all around the world, I have stayed at many hotels and hostels. I go into these things with very low expectations but I must say that this room was by far one of the worst I've ever stayed at. It is...
