“Great Hotel in a Perfect Location”

The Wyndham New Orleans -- French Quarter converted from a Holiday Inn in March of this year. I stayed there while at a conference in New Orleans. It is a great place to stay! Staff was excellent. All very friendly. I loved the location, we were within walking distance of everything! The room was a little on the worn down side, and a/c did not work well, but the location made up for it. The only bad experience was with the Checkered Parrott Restaurant. Hotel was good, stay away from Concierge go up a block to Canal street & look for NOLA Visitor center that will give you a better deal plus coupons... Hotels.com screwed up my reservation but the staff corrected it plus upgraded my room for the trouble... It does have stuff left over from the Holiday Inn buyout but overall it... More
