Although this hotel is not located downtown, it is a very short, cheap cab ride away. For my money, this hotel was a great spot! We will stay here again for sure. The staff was very accomodating! more

The room is okay but my problem is the service. I asked for a wake up call but got none. As a result we missed our flight. Also, there is no early check in....it is 4pm and nothing else. more

This is the worst out of town trip I have ever taken as far as being in a hotel like this one. The front desk clerks including the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Good points: Good size rooms, nice furniture, comfy beds, opening sliding door onto balcony, beds clean. Bad points: housekeeping a bit slack. Though the beds and sheets were always clean, some hairs on bathroom floor, and bits of dirt on bedroom floor. Second time we stayed there found a rolled-up toenail on bedroom floor. great discover of the rate ( $59 plus taxes ) compared to all more expensive motel on New Orleans and around. Great bedroom with quality furniture BUT no breakfast... wifi OK ; we stay there 2 nights and wanted 3, the rate has becomen $89... because there was the superbowl at the superdome next... and we had to gone away more

The front desk is very helpful. When I asked them for a wake up call and to make a cab resrvation he called right back to confirm the times. It has an IHOP attached so you know there is a great breakfast right there. The room and hallways were very clean. I couldn't ask for a better stay. more
