I recently attended a conference in New Orleans and stayed at the Hampton Inn. What an excellent location. Downtown and just 2 blocks down to the famous Bourbon Street. The hotel is lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. From this hotel you can walk to all the tourist places of New Orleans. Taxi rides were not too expensive. The... More

This was a great getaway!!! We were traveling from New York down to Florida and we decided to swing over to NOLA for a day just to see the city. We forgot about the one hour time change when we crossed over into Central Time!!! It actually benefitted us because we had an 7:45:00 hour drive to NOLA from Atlanta.... More

My family and I recently visited this hotel with a large group. If you are looking for a hotel in close proximity to the French Quarters this location is great. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and appearance of the hotel were immaculate. My family enjoyed the breakfast and I thought that this hotel handled large groups very... More

We stayed here before and after a cruise out of New Orleans. On the night before our cruise we were pretty tired and just needed a place to rest. Location is amazing and we didn't realize it until after we got up the next morning and did a little exploring. So close to everything, and really looked forward to coming... More

Before arrival, I chose to do the online check-in so I could pick a room on a high floor away from the elevator noise. To my surprise, this Hampton location upgraded me to allow me to choose a junior suite due to my Diamond status. This is unusual for Hamton's and greatly appreciated. As others have said, this Hampton isn't... More

You are right we are not your normal Hampton Inn! I'm also happy you enjoyed our gym and the breakfast in the morning, those are such great... More

Had a great stay at this hotel. Was close enough to everything we wanted to see. Also the streetcar pick up was just a couple blocks away which was very convenient. The room was huge. The breakfast was nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Well, this is a cut above for the average Hampton Inn although I was disappointed there was no pool. There for five days with a bit of spare time and would have enjoyed a swim. Attached to a bit of a shopping concourse which is nice. Breakfasts I felt were above average in an excellent room on the fourth floor.... More

This hotel was in a great location for visiting the French Quarter as it was only a short walk to Canal Street as well as the stop for the trolleys. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of space and a large bathroom. There was free breakfast included which wasn't amazing, but the waffles were decent. Behind the... More

We were there for 3 nights just to visit the city. It is 1 block from the French Quarter. The room was nicely furnished, and the valets and housekeepers were helpful and friendly. There is no self parking so it's $34 daily for valets plus tips. They did bring the car promptly. There is a self park garage next door... More
