I have stayed here twice in the last 5 months. This is a great location in NOLA. Centrally located and easily walkable to the quarter, down to the river front, superdome and other areas. The garden district is a trolley car ride away. The hotel staff it friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi is free... More

Its been 7 months now since we stayed at the Hampton Inn , we booked on a bed and breakfast basis , the breakfast was as good as it gets plenty to choose from , staff on hand all of the time to help you , the dining area stayed open all day so if you wanted hot water to... More

Very good beds. Very good cleaning in the bathroom and the room. Professional and service minded staff. But should not such a central hotel consider whether or not breakfast buff would get steel cutlery and not paper plates. The environment should come more into focus? Outside the hotel you can take the tram to the French Ouarter or take a... More

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am thrilled you had a nice stay and enjoyed the location. Although I agree with you regarding glass plates and steel cutlery, Hilton has very specific guidelines, and they don't allow us that privilege. Hiltons make us buy specific plates, forks, napkins, cereal, eggs and such. We can't deviate at... More

DISGUSTING HOUSEKEEPING. Bathroom never cleaned, especially at the end of our stay Room never vacuumed I love Hampton Inns because they ar always clean and just sweet little hotels, but this place was anything but clean and sweet. Old furniture, dirty rugs. It was a mess

Firstly thank you for choosing to stay with us during your recent visit to New Orleans. I am so sorry that your experience was "horrible", and everything was old and dirty. The hotel just went through a $10 million renovation, and although the building was built in 1903, everything in it is literally anything but old. I am so upset... More

Stayed here for one night encounter to a stay in Florida. I thought the fact that it was just a block and a half from the Quarter and ran into Bourbon St made it a great spot for a visit. The staff at checkin were great, and those that we met also were very pleasant and helpful. I am a... More

The hotel was located very close to the action on Bourbon - only a block and a half away. Easy to catch the street cars to go to all the sights. Yet, it was quiet. Great rooms and service. Free breakfast was an added plus.

We stayed here for 2 nights of our 9 day day Deep South Tour , we found the hotel was in a good location for walking to the French Quarter and other attractions, the room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee making facilities although we as big tea drinkers rather than coffee found they could have supplied a few more... After reading all the comments previously posted, we decided to spend our birthday week here. This IS NOT your typical Hampton Inn; it is far superior! We requested an upgrade which we received. We were also surprised to find a birthday card signed by the staff and a huge "goodie basket" in our room. This has to be the best... More

Wow, I am blown away by your review. Thank you so much! I commend my line level staff for following through on doing the best job they can do and for remembering all their training. I love my staff, and we all love what we do! It's so nice to have people recognize that. I hope you had a great... More

Stayed for April wedding which was very convenient for us to attend the reception only block away at the Federal Ballroom. Street car easy access & we used it to travel to the WWII museum. Our rooms were on the 12th floor. Noise not too bad. Could hear the street car. Only 2 elevators were working as mentioned by previous... More

Thank you for choosing to stay with us last month; I really appreciate it. I do apologize about the valet parking being so crowded and the retrieval of your vehicle took so long. The road construction out front does make it quite challenging. I appreciate your patience and your kind words on the survey. I hope your experience with valet... More
