We had to move here from a more expensive hotel a few blocks away due to the hotel being booked over the weekend. While this is a much smaller hotel in a different price range, our experience here far exceeded our experience at the pricier hotel. The staff was warm and friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast had... More

Stayed for two nights. The location is great. The room (king suite) was spacious and clean. The hotel was well appointed, and looks to be fairly recently updated. The service was excellent, as well as the valet parking. Highly recommended!

This is a great hotel only a block and a half from Bourbon St. and the French Quarter. Quick and easy check in. No problem valet parking ($34.00) Nice breakfast included with the room. Clean rooms and no problem with street noise. Rooms have microwaves and mini fridge. If I come back to New Orleans I will stay here again... More

Very important on the plus side was the cleanliness and a very nice breakfast with both a good assortment and pleasant surroundings. On the negative side, had to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevators between 7:00 and 8:30 on two mornings. One time an elevator came full with linens. This should not have happened when guests are trying to get... More

I will start by saying that we paid $952.94 for 2 nights in a Hampton Inn. That was the best we could do, even with our corporate discount and Hilton Honors. The front desk was fine during check in except that I asked for a rollaway to be delivered and it was not. We settled in and then left for... More

Diane at front desk made us feel welcome. We even received a "Happy Anniversary" card signed by entire staff, and a welcome snack basket. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Great breakfast buffet. SLOW, inefficient elevators are the only negative. A great value for the price.

On more than one occasion the elevator got stuck in between floors which we were told after complaining the first time the problem was resolved, but being on the 8th floor and having to take the elevator it didn't leave many options. My wife was so paranoid about taking the elevator she was walking up an down the 8 floors... More

While just on the other side of Canal Street (1 minute walk) it was perfect to be away from the bar noises at 3 AM. Breakfast each morning was good and the gym was much better than some high end hotels I have been to. Staff was very friendly in giving ideas and directions. We enjoyed our stay. The only... More

This was my first trip to New Orleans. The hotel is in a fantastic location within walking distance to all of the bars. The entire staff at this hotel is fantastic--Josh in valet, everyone at the front desk. Everyone was knowledgeable about local restaurants, bars, and attractions. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. I would stay here again in... More

The hotel is a short walking distance from Bourbon St., the French Quarter, and Jackson Square. Unbeatable hotel for the price, location and cleanliness. The lobby and rooms were very nice and clean, and the hotel was well secured (need room card to even get the elevator upstairs, and after 11 you need it to get in the front door).... More
