What a wonderful view! This hotel knows service. The location seems shady, but the truth of the matter remains, New Orleans is going through a rebirth. The location is beside the theatre district and gets lively at night. You are 3 blocks away from the beginning of Bourbon Street.

This place looked nice online but it's not so nice in person. When we arrived, we couldn't find parking in front of the hotel, but we figured it was probably busy at check in since it was Friday afternoon. Finally found a spot and went in, not many people in line, so the valets just weren't getting the cars moved... More

Both the pillows and the covers were extremely comfortable. The service was very friendly as well. Located on Canal Street, it is convenient to the Quarter and the Superdome area. You would have to spend a lot more money for a few extra blocks of convenience toward Bourbon St.

First of all, as soon as you walk in, the reception is not the best. Most of the front desk staff are not very welcoming, and seemed to find it hard to smile upon our arrival. In other words, it was a cold reception. Apparently, this hotel had been remodeled, but the décor was very muted and dark. The most... More

Let me tell you I was a little apprehensive staying here after reading the reviews, but I'm do glad I didn't let it change my mind! The hotel is located on Canal street very close to St Louis cemetery #1, a couple of block down The French Quarter, there are trolleys in front (which you don't recall need to get... More

Arrived late night. Had to wait 20 min to park car. Dirty white leather bench in entrance. Empty fish tank behind check-in reception desk. Dirt & dust noticed in corners outside elevator. Inside elevator MUCH worse. Busted tiles and filth on ride up to our room. Dark, dingy, dirty elevator. Pile of dirty towels across from our room. Inside room,... More

Our trip started off on a positive note after arriving at the hotel early and being advised that our room was ready. We were able to check in and freshen up after our drive to New Orleans before hitting Bourbon Street for the annual Red Dress Run. The room was clean, the bed was pretty comfortable, however the bathroom was... More

We arrived a little early and there was a room available on the 12th floor with a great view down Canal St. It was a large clean room with new facilities and the beds were very very comfortable. Being at the very edge of the French Quarter, the hotel is in close walking distance to the No 1 Cemetery and... More

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves st this hotel. We were in room 1415 on the 14th floor. Bad thing, we heard the elevator all night. Good thing, the room was large and clean. It has three beds that were very comfortable. Our bathroom door did have a crack in it, but nothing major. Need more food served at... More

Booked this because of price through a travel agent. Long story short - I would not stay here again. However, If you are looking for something to fit in a small budget, and moderate location, stay here. Location: Not bad. Walking distance to everything you need. Superdome, Bourbon Street. Kind of far from Riverwalk and Convention Center. But definitely doable.... More
