La razón principal del lugar es lograr el buen descanso y relajación. Si se quiere esperar más, como actividades varias, no es el lugar indicado. Los servicios en general son excelentes, en resumen se obtiene lo que se espera por el precio que uno paga. / The place is mainly intended for achieving some real good rest and relaxation. Should... Went on two different occasions and was very pleased with the hot springs, nothing fancy but well done, there are pools with different temperatures in a very natural setting. A big plus is that is never crowded!

Surrounded by nature, it is very relaxing. You can dip in a warm pool while listening to the sound of the river, birds and wind. There is a pool bar, so you can have a drink or snacks in the meantime. The attention is really cool, almost all the people working there knows how to treat customers, I went for... More

We stayed in a "family room". It was large but had beds that were very uncomfortable and curtains and bedspreads that were at least 30 years old. The furniture was not comfortable and was also very old. We had bugs in the bathroom every night that looked like large ants. The walls were old stucco that had dust hanging on... More

Easy bus ride from San Carlos. Rooms clean and comfortable, a fridge wou D have made it even better, but staff were willing to give bags of ice. The food and drinks were well priced, and tasty! Staff friendly and helpful. Hot Springs were wonderful.

This is a cool place for lovers of nature and rustic environments. The pools are located next to the river and down the hill and they have good walk pads to get there. The pools are quite nice but since is 100% natural water is not going to be 100% clean. But they are clean enough. The pool bar is... More

The thermal baths are amazing, all staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. We go there every time we visit Costa Rica, renting bigger rooms for groups of friends to stay with us. There´s also a possibility to get massages right in the middle of the jungle, open air! The best deal: go... More

Our stay was just amazing, the room, the service, the spa, the restaurant... Honestly I cannot think of anything else to make it better... There is a romantic vibe and its perfect for a one day getaway with that special someone. Everything was really clean, the massage therapist was really nice and you certainly can relax at the spa. They have a set of concrete pools that flow into one another along a beautiful stream. The top pools are heated with natural hot spring water and as the flow into the next pool a little cool water is added...making successive pools cooler and cooler...so you can choose the temperature(s) you like. Towering trees are overhead, making you feel like... More

The hotel was a little dated. Each cabin had two suites. We did have some broken windows and were missing screens. My mattress had to be from the 1970s and was incredibly lumpy and hard. The springs entrance was more than 800 meters from reception and then it was further down. The hot spring was interesting. I probably would not... More
