We stayed at Annies for two nights. Being a seasoned B & B guest, i find it difficult to rate. The furnishings are a huge mix of bedroom antiques all the way to a mixed bag of anything goes in the "movie" room. There are a lot of special touches...a jar of chocolate kisses in each of the two bedrooms,... More

Less than 4 miles from the step of the state capitol building and the center of Madison is the most incredible little B&B I have ever experienced in the US. More of a European experience, the guests are treated like royalty among the most peaceful, serene gardens imaginable. I have never met more accommodating hosts whose primary objective is to... Annie's Bed and Breakfast is a treasure trove of beauty from the exterior to the interior. The gardens are lush, the neighborhood is quiet and the ambience is truly uplifting! Crystals, Stained Glass, Kaleidoscopes, Music Boxes, Music, Books and so much more add to the intrigue. My family was mesmerized by Annie's lifetime collection of treasures. Larry was our host... At Annie's B&B in Madison, you're treated like one of the family, and you feel right at home in Larry's and Annie's beautiful, comfortable abode. With an entire wing of the house to call your own during your stay, you can secret yourself away -- but why do so? You'd miss out on the beautiful setting and extensive array of... More

My wife and I have been to a good number of B&Bs, and we both agree that this was one of the best. We had the whole suite to ourselves (two bedrooms which share a bathroom). They are the ONLY rooms that they rent out, so if you are there, prepare for an intimate, private stay in amazingly comfortable accommodations.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Annie's. They make you feel very welcome, and pamper you the whole way. Breakfast both mornings was unsurpassed. We felt like the King and Queen of the castle. We found the place very quiet and peaceful. It is full of interesting books, art and decorations. Larry is extremely knowledgeable about the Madison area. Annie's... More

Larry & Annie took great care of us. We had a whole suite to ourselves. The location was great with a beautiful nature reserve in the back garden. Annie's breakfasts were superb. One day we had gorgeous madison morning rolls, the next day we had a special apple porridge with cream... Delicious. Our weekend at Annie's was just what we... More

We were drawn to Annie's by the home-like setting and space it offered while visiting our daughter in Madison for a week. It exceeded our expectations in many ways. Annie's breakfasts were wonderful and well thought out- my husband is still thinking of her apple dish, french toast, eggs and sausages! We loved the gardens that surround the home, and... More
