I had great service even though thier were all kinds of kids and their belongings taking every available space. This Hotel is a proven for me, I have stayed here a few times and am always happy when leaving that I got good value for my money. Good service, clean rooms and anything you want at a touch of the... My large family stayed here and had a party in the Ameche Ballroom. The Ameche was large and spacious. The hotel rooms were elegant and the service was great. Room service is available but lots of options even if you want food in the middle of the night. All staff were kind and would smile and greet you. Recommend this... More

Was in Madison during family members surgery. Hotel is close to medical facility and made shuttle service available to us. Room was very clean and comfortable. Fan in bathroom was very noisy and needs to be repaired/replaced. Carpet in elevator is in terrible shape. Best experience was dinner in their restaurant. Good food and excellent friendly service from Araceli.. She... More

Great beds, pillow, buffet breakfast was great. I would stay there again if I was ever in Madison for any reason. Booked it online - cheaper than what the hospital/hotel was offering as their "special".

We had the privilege of staying at the InnTowner & the Highland Club for 3 weeks, during the time my husband had his stem cell transplant at UW. The first week I stayed at the hotel alone, but my husband was able to join me the last 2 weeks. I am not used to staying in a hotel alone, but... More

Even though we requested an early check in, Our room was not ready until almost 4pm. Its almost as if they purposely cleaned our room last because we asked for it early and were waiting. The front desk staff really didn't care. And we feel it is overpriced for what you get. But the location is good.

A good hotel with a very large open parking lot. If you come back late at night, parking spots still can be difficult to be found. Rooms are clean and spacious. Unable to open windows, beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is adequate. There were some low pitch mechanical whinning noise throughout the night, noise from hallway can be heard... I used to stay in Best Westerns frequently when I travelled as a young professional. I had not stayed at one for quite some time, but I found myself in Madison because my daughter landed in the hospital there. This Best Western offers a great rate to those of us who find ourselves with relatives in the UW hospital, which... More

What a great hotel for the price. The arrival experience was went smoothly. We were there for 4 nights and some us had vehicles and some of used the shuttle for trips downtown. Everymorning there was a buffet breakfast and also a bar for the evening relaxation. Directly across the street or within two blocks there were several great restaurants.... More

Excellent experience from the time we walked through the front doors until we checked out. Front desk staff was great, the room was great the location was great. They have a shuttle bus to several places. We used it to get to downtown area (not in walking distance). We ended up eating dinner there. Was a little skeptical at first... More
