3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We had to go to Madison again for medical reasons. Being a cancer patient I was feeling extremely sick and very exhausted. We used the UWM hospital room assist program to reserve a handicap room at the Inn Towner. We arrived and check in was very easy and nice. Staff seemed very friendly. We assumed everything was ok with the... More

A very clean hotel. The transportation that they provide is very helpful. The staff was very pleasant. This was my first time stay at the hotel and I recommend it highly. I can't comment on the food because we didn't use the restaurant but once and that was for breakfast. The breakfast was fine.

Have been staying here for over 15 years and not sure will be returning. Our reservations were messed up, not just ours our whole group. I think the room rates were ver excessive especially for families, they were charging my 12 and 14 year olds as adults. Just disappointed this trip, unsure if we will return.

This property is now owned by the University of Wisconsin to provide a consistent location for patients and families to stay when being treated at the nearby hospitals. This is an older Best Western property that while comfortable, friendly, and well-staffed is showing its age. The common areas are plain and small. My king bedded room was quite spacious but... Understandably, there were many guests in town for the high school state basmetball tournament. However numerous calls to the front desk about noise seemed unanswered by security. It wasnt until the 5th call down close to 4:00am! The calls about the noise began at 1:00am!

We were visiting family at the children's hospital which is very close. The hotel was very clean. The stuff was great and very accommodating to us. The restaurant doesn't have anything special has far has the atmosphere but the food was good.

When we checked in they were able to find us a cheaper room, The bed was very comfortable, the shower was awesome. I had a wonderful massage from the shower. The breakfast was so good, lots to choose from, including items that were gluten free for my daughter who needs it. I will definitely stay here again and I would... More

I had billing issues they tried to bill me twice. I booked through Hotels.com and they said they would hold the price on my card, but they charged it and tried to charge me again. I had to show the guy at the counter my banking information.

My experience was great- nice people, quality furnishings. What else can I say? I needed a place to stay while visiting my grandson at UW hospital, and this was very convenient for me to avoid searching around the whole city of Madison to find a place. I had stayed at this hotel before, and was pleased, so it worked out... More

I had a reservation for one night while my husband was in the UW Hospital. For four days we were told he could not be released. For four days I went to the front desk and asked that they extend my stay. I never had a problem and had a place to stay and no worries. The staff was excellent... More
