A aggravated adult screamed in the hallway, and the smell of something very gamey cooking from this man's apartment made it impossible for myself or anyone else to sleep or stay there comfortably. Our company paid in advance and they wouldn't consider moving us to their other building or refunding our money. We left disgusted. more

I just came back from spending 4 weeks at Countryside Corporate Apartments in Madison. It was a wonderful stay. It all started when my daughter was accepted to a four week summer internship at UW Madison, I decided to accompany her and take my younger daughter as well. We packed our bags, left my husband home, and headed for Madison... more

I am a graduate from UW Madison. Although I graduated 18 years ago, I still love to visit Madison especially during summer and fall. During the summer we love to sit outside of Memorial Union eating ice cream while watching the ducks swimming in Lake Mendota. In the fall, we like to drive to Devil’s Lake and see the beautiful... more

My family and I stayed the month of June. We enjoyed it very much. It's less expensive than a hotel with much more to offer. The apartments are very clean and spacious and the staff is very helpful and accomodating. The property is wooded and secluded, even though it is very close to shopping, many great restaurants, the University of... more

An unbeliveable time!!! We booked our stay to visit some alumni, at UW Madison! We stayed through the World Famous Rhythm & Booms Fireworks Show. My son and daughter very much enjoyed the pool, the grounds were very well kept, and very staff was very accomodating. My wife very much enjoyed the tanning bed and the large Movie Library. We've... more

PROS-- The people are really nice. The price is about half that of any hotels in the area and so it is liveable if price is a major consideration. Coin laundry (though expensive) is available 24/7 in a large clean basement facility. Keyless entry using a touch pad is a great idea. CONS-- To call this "corporate" is rather grandiose.... more

I was visiting Madison for a few months on business, and a friend of mine recommended Countryside Apartments. He had stayed there while building his new house a year ago, and said he enjoyed the experience. It's actually in the perfect location, right between downtown and the west side, off the beltine. I thought it might be noisy, but its... more

A very satisfactory experience! I booked the one month stay over the phone. A little more involved than booking a hotel room but overall it was worth it. There were homey touches thoughout the apartment and throughout the property. We liked the work out room and the wooded walking trail the most. Unexpectedly nice. The buildings are older but have... more

My family stayed here for two months when we first moved to Madison and were looking for a house to buy. It was perfect for our needs and the management was very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. It was completely furnished, had lots of distractions for the kids and was much more reasonably priced than other "corporate... more
