I stayed at this hotel on 2 previous occasions. For the most part, the hotel was okay, the staff were nice. I was there last week for a conference and was put in a room in the middle of the construction area. The walkway was littered with garbage, walls were still wet from a recent paint job and the smell... More

First, I would like to say that I always apologize for anything that disrupts our guest stay and enjoyment and will take full responsibility when appropriate. However, I must in all honesty say that when there is a misrepresentation, I have no option, but to also point that out as well. There was no painting being done, as it was... More

This hotel is converting from a Quality Inn to a Wyndham. There is A LOT of construction going on. It would be impossible to see what this hotel is really like until its finished. The lobby is even not the permanent lobby. Once its finished, it should be nice. My room was fine. It was pretty far from the restaurant... More

I think I may have offended the gentleman at the front desk. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times for business trips. During this most recent stay I asked to be placed on the new side of the hotel after a bad experience in the old section. He seemed a bit put out but did move me to a... More

I've stayed here a few times and it is an ok hotel. The staff are very friendly. It's just in need of a major update, which is happening as it gets converted to a Wyndham. I got a King room with large HD tv. The mattress was ok only (I am comparing to Marriott / Hampton). At least the fan... More

I've stayed at this hotel at various times for over ten years, both for business trips and family vacations. The most recent stay was over five nights over Christmas this year. Each of my stays has been terrific. The hotel (both rooms and public areas) are clean, quiet & functional. I try to get one of the king suites (two... More

We spent 5 nights here. The first night we were in the "newer" part of the hotel. It was dreadful - it looked like a 1970's motel with gross carpet and a bed that would be at home in a dorm room. When going to breakfast I saw a room being cleaned and thought I was in a different hotel!... More

A good experience again. Big rooms, good location, good service, good beds, comfortable stay. Very good food close-by for dinner, lunch and breakfast, but free breakfast is good too! I will stay here again next time.

Stayed for 3 nights while family in uw hospital over holiday weekend. Hotel was full and quiet. Breakfast has real plates and silverware. Thank you. Plus meat on breakfast buffet and yes tea! Room was large and clean. Bathroom sink outside of bathroom was easy with having 3 females in the room. Close to Cobbs grocery store which has awesome... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights as I was in town to complete my Excelsior College CPNE. They have a shuttle that picks up at the airport and the shuttle also takes you to the hospital for your clinical exam. Room was a little dated with prior water staining on the ceiling in the bathroom and awoke one... More

Location is okay, price is about average for area but when we checked in we were assigned rooms across from the main building when there were plenty of rooms available in the main hotel. The pool/sauna was accessed by an elevator ride to the third floor overpass then walk across to main building and elevator ride to main floor to... More

I am sorry that you were inconvenienced, unfortunately all room assignments are based on availability and clean rooms available at check in. Room requests are honored whenever possible. We attempt to keep everyone in the main section of the building for convenience of guest and staff. Feel free to request that when making your reservation and we will do the... More
