I have genuinely never been so impressed with hotel staff. Madison's team was friendly and helpful beyond compare -- and that goes for every single staff member I met in my 3 night stay. From the shuttle service to the front desk, every person I spoke to was outgoing, relatable, and accommodating. In addition, the hotel itself is very well-located,... More

stayed here for 3 weeks while working on a project in madison. Great hotel with a friendly staff and very clean. However this hotel has the worst internet i have ever come across in this country. I expected higher standards for a hyatt place. The hotel has great wifi coverage but never able to actually connect to the internet. Called... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night for business. It's right in the heart of downtown Madison with the State Capitol just a block away. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was really nice and very clean. It had nice amenities such as an in-room mini-fridge, separate sitting area and desk as well as excellent hotel... More

This is a reasonably nice place to stay in the center of Madison. Location is quite good within a few block walk of the Capitol buidling and the downtown area. Many good restaurants are within easy walking distance. The room could use some updating but is quite good overall. The breakfast was mediocre and sort of blemishes the Hyatt name.... More

This was my first time to Madison and I was extremely impressed by this hotel. I had just been to New York and had a horrible hotel experience; so this was a welcome relief. The room was immaculate and huge! After such a small hotel room in NY, my room felt like a suite! It was just gorgeous. And the... More

There really is nothing that I found to criticize about this hotel. Check-in was an absolute breeze. There is attached garage parking with in/out privileges for $10/night. The rooms were incredibly spacious for the price paid, and the pool is an added bonus; especially traveling with kids. Free breakfast in the am was a great way to start the day,... More

We have stayed here several times and I can't think of a thing to complain about except maybe that the bathrooms are too small. I love being in the center of town, walking to restaurants and the University. I also think management is top notch at this property. I made a special, unusual request and I was surprised when the... We just love this place....The king room had a couch where you can sit and watch a little television....And the beds are sooooo comfortable. This is our second time staying here and we look forward to the next time! Complimentary Breakfast here is really nice! A few choices of tiny omelets, breads, rolls, juices and more. Having the restaurant/coffee shop... More

This is the place I stay every year when attending an annual meeting at Monona Terrace. Staff is pleasant, rooms are quiet, beds are comfy and the included breakfast is great. Have not once had a problem. It's a nice walk to Monona Terrace but the shuttle service is a plus on those mornings when the weather is not the... More

We stayed in seven different hotels on this trip, all with free breakfasts, and enjoyed this one the most. Plenty of options, even for vegetarians like ourselves. The facility was clean and attractive. Our room (reserved on reward points) was large and comfortable. Our only dissatisfaction was the lack of a bathtub in the small bathroom. Unfortunately, we arrived fairly... More
