This was a great stay. I have had some bad ones in Madison but this was excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other traveling students. more
The staff was outgoing and friendly- warm smiles greeted us when we came and went. The management was sincere in delivering great service. Check-in: no wash cloths,tub drain doesn't stay open-had all day to fix it, bathroom door sqeeks loudly when it opens or closes-annoying when using it when partner is trying to sleep, room keys don't work. check-out: keys fixed, door still squeeks, got wash cloths, loved full breakfasts(Dolce was great!), tub drain stop was unable to be fixed, so drain left... more
Hotel is at least 20+ years old and it shows, however they are still charging the same prices that brand new hotels (within a mile of this hotel) are charging. Arrived back to hotel very late to discover my "sleep number bed" (which this hotel chain really seems to push) was broken apparently a pump problem, which understandably couldn't be... more
We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and checked in. The person checked us in was friendly and fast. We chose to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, and the server was great! I would recommend this place to anyone! My clients and I slept like a baby on the sleep number beds! more

We were colleagues on a business trip to Madison. The hotel itself was fine with good opportunities for exercise and swimming. However, breakfast is not impressive, boring, boring. There was also very cold in the restaurant, so cold, we went for another place. Nice staff more
