This hotel was just a few blocks away from State St. which was very convenient. It was a nice hotel with pretty friendly service. The pool is very oddly situated on the property as you have to walk down to the 2nd or 3rd floor and walk to the end of the hallway and then walk down to the pool. more

The Doubletree is in a good location for access to the University. Hotel staff members were uniformly pleasant and helpful. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom in good shape. A good choice for a visit to Madison. more
