We spent four nights at the Super 8 in Cortez. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but filled us up for a day of sight-seeing. The breakfast room was crowded. They need to enlarge the area. more

Nice, clean, well-appointed room. Unfortunately our view was of a wall, but doesn't matter if you are just there to sleep. We visit Cortez fairly frequently and have found the Super 8 Motel to be a good value recently. Desk clerks are friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly spacious and tidy. This is a very old hotel that had some superficial updating. The ac unit was so old the front panel was broken. The knob on the only lamp in the room was also broken. The place smells of old paint.
