My family and I had to make an unexpected trip to Cortez, CO due to a death in the family. One of the employees, Andrew, was very accommodating by holding rooms for us and giving a discount due to the nature of our visit. The lobby staff was very gracious even when we changed arrival dates due to changing travel... More

We stayed at the Econo Lodge during a swim meet and although the hotel was not much to brag about it was economical, conveniently located and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was offered also kept the expenses of our 3 day stay down to an affordable level (with 3 kids and 2 adults). I would recommend... More

We booked this hotel before leaving for our vacation because it was close to Mesa Verde and Four Corners. We loved the pool, big, clean. Good lighting. The room was adequate. Andrew was on duty and was helpful and efficient. The breakfast was better than most. I'd stay there again if the chance came around.

We stayed here and had so much fun. The rooms were extra clean and large. The staff in the office were amazing. Gina was especially helpful and friendly. She gave us tips on what to do around town. She made us wish we were staying longer! Marsha from Riverside Ca

I had a problem with my laptop computer and Andrew went the second mile and helped me solve my problem. Also, our room was very comfortable, with great A/C. Very comfortable bed. Great location, near several eating places. Would stay here again. No complaints at all.

Our road trip included a stop in Mesa Verde and the Econolodge is just eight miles from the visitor center and entrance to Mesa Verde. We got a room for one night with two queens. Check-in was efficient and quick. The room was priced right for us. The interior of the room appears to have been updated a little. the... More

The prices for this Econo Lodge are higher than most Econo Lodges, but competitive with pricey Cortez and this is a better Econo Lodge than most. They have new beds and carpets in an older and dated building. The Windows do not have a sheer curtain so it is either dark with the curtain drawn or open for everyone to... More

Stayed two days, had two rooms. Very nice stay. Nothing fancy but rooms were clean and staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast wasn't fancy but not bad for free/included. Five of us and there was something for everyone.

Thank you for rating us 4 stars. The property provides an extended deluxe continental breakfast menu which includes hot waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, 2 types of cereal, bagels, pastries, toast, fresh orange and apple juice, coffee, tea and milk. The management motto is to provide a "karma free" menu to all its guests. Andrew Waight More

It's been a while since I paid less than $100 for a room. This one was affordable, clean, and it's the first roadside motel I've seen to have flat-screen TVs. Best of all, I got a good night's sleep. When I told the clerk I was an insomniac (I already had a room between two other rooms, but the place... More

Its been some time since I stayed at one of the hotels where there room door is on the outside. We stayed on the ground level and should have picked the top floor. The Windows didn't have a sheer curtain so you had no privacy unless you closed them which made the room dark. The area is nice and there... More
