Hotel seemed relative new. The rooms were clean, neat, and up-to-date. My only compliant is that the rooms are not setup for work. While I have stayed here on business, this would be a great place to stay if you were interested in exploring Mesa Verde, and the other ancient ruins in the area. This is the best Holiday Inn that I stay at. I have over 50 hotel stays a year and many times I am in small towns throughout the Western United States. This is my favorite Holiday Inn.
