The air conditioning did not work and the nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. No one picked up at front desk when I called 3 times. more

WOW, what a joke--I didn't think hotels still had rooms with the sink in the bedroom. The room was smaller than our bedroom at home. There were no places to put your luggage--so we opened up the ironing board and used it as a table. I realized it wasn't going to be something fabulous, but this was awful. The electric... more

We got 6 rooms for 3 nights to use during a family reunion. They had some problems with our reservations and ended up overcharging us for an extra room we didn't have. It's been a pain getting that resolved, but they have been helpful and friendly during the process. The rooms were clean and cozy enough. The main pool seemed... more

Rooms need to be remodeled throughout - floor in shower awful. Floors on second floor creaked badly. Wasn't comfortable in room so went to pool - dirty. Light cover was broken and broken glass remained. the drain cover in the hot tub was off and the hot tub wasn't even warm. I should have packed everyone up and asked for... more

Only in town for a few days, I needed an affordable but quality place to rest my head. And I found one. My room was clean and the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating of my needs, which is somewhat of a rarity these days. I also found it beneficial that a Mexican restaurant was right next door (I love... more

I will agree with the other reviews on staff-they could definately use some customer service training-that being said our room was spotless and the beds while we were told they were queens they were actually doubles were the MOST comfy beds in our 10 day vacation. the room was also oversized which was very nice for our family of 5...one... more

Most of the property was very clean, with the exception of the hot tub, which was more of a pond than a hot tub - blue-green and smelly. Upon arrival, we found that our reservation hadn't been charged to our travel agency because of a mistake made by an ex-clerk (ex for a reason). I finally persuaded the day clerk... more

This hotel is a decent place for a cheap night. It is very close to Mesa Verde and also not far from the 4 corners monument. There seemed to be some unsavory hotel guests who took to swearing at each other in the parking lot, but that can happen anywhere. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with some different... more

I only spent 1 night here which is not a bad thing as there isn't much to do in the area. It was a good stop between the Grand canyon and Albuguerque. It was the first opportunity to do some laundry and the facilities were very good. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a good size bathroom. this... more

My wife and I stayed here on our way to Mesa Verde (which is just 9 miles away). It's very average - just a cheap motel. The room was clean with clean bedding, a fridge (so at least we could cool our beer!) and cable TV. That said, the walls are thin so we had to put up with the... more
