I stayed here with my mom and sister for two nights while we visited Mesa Verde. I read a lot of reviews of places in Cortez, trying to pick a motel that was cheap but not gross-and the Knights Inn was a great choice. Our room was very clean, there was good wifi, a mini fridge and freezer, a good... More

We were traveling through Colorado on our way to Utah and decided to stay for the night. Found this little gem on trip advisor. From the outside it looks like every run of the mill budget hotel but when we got there we were immediately greeting by Gloria who also happens to be the owner, she was super friendly and... More

To start, whenever I rate a property I rate it based on the expectations I have for the star level. I probably would have rated this property higher if there was a little more truth-in-advertising going on here. This is NOT a two-star property based on the room I was assigned. It may be true that the owner has begun... More

The owner is very nice. The motel is one that has weekly rates so you get the locals that live there, which I'm completely uncomfortable with. I don't like the kind of crowd it draws. The beds were nice and bathroom was clean. Motel was good for an over night stay and leave.

Very friendly desk help, rooms were clean (dated, small, slightly worn-out but clean and comfortable). If i were to travel thru that area again and didn't want to spend a lot on a room, I'd happily go back.

We Paid approximately $70 for our room. Our room #131 had been renovated. The beds were comparable to what you might pay $140. Wi-Fi signal was strong. We used the laundry facilities which worked well. Breakfast was consisted of cold cereal, toast, coffee and OJ. The owner told us he purchased the hotel two or three years ago and was... More

We were passing through from the Grand Canyon to Durango and wanted an inexpensive, decent place to stay. It was that. Not great but decent. The owner recommended a restaurant in town and that was fabulous so appreciated that a lot. Breakfast was more a snack than a breakfast. The price was perfect.

We had three couples staying in three rooms for one night before visiting Mesa Verde. The price was great. Our room was in need of an update, but the owner said he was in the process of doing that. The rooms of our traveling companions were nicer than ours. Our room was a king and the bed took most of... More

The room was dated but clean. The bed was very hard but I was exhausted so I didn't notice. The walls were thin but there wasn't much noise next door. The staff was nice also. The breakfast was ok, cereal and bagels but if you are a light eater than you will love it.

For out tenth year together we wanted to see mesa Verde and we had a tight budget so looked first and low prices and then at everything else for a hotel. We chose here because it was the lowest cost. The staff was helpful and friendly. our room about what i expected for the cost, outdated but clean a little... More
