Older motel which could use a little updating. Noise from upstairs late at night. Breakfast quite adequate. Mattress a little uncomfortable. Convenient to walk to Arby's. Easy to find on our way into town from the south.

We were in a bind and needed a place that would allow our dog to stay in the room. We had left in the morning and payed for another day and while we were out our room was broken into! In the middle of the day and many valuable items were taken. They reimbursed us for our stay but refuse... More

The room was was very modern for this price. Hotels are expensive during the tourist season. The owners were very accomodating, and kept the place clean. It's incredible they offer a nice breakfast at this price point. I've been there a couple of times for business reasons. I would reccomend.

My husband and I were in Cortez to deal with a medical emergency and the staff went above and beyond in making sure we had what we needed from directions to coffee in our room on the off days of house keeping. The fact that we had access to a grill, microwave, fridge and breakfast made the trip less expensive... More

Ran out of driving time 40 miles from destination needed to spend most time resting that could that was close to the truck. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, the room clean the price was right the desk clerk was helpful. I don't need much else other than breakfast which I bought with the money I saved.

It was a busy week and many places were full. So we stayed here. It's where the saying came from "you get what you pay for". It was clean and the staff friendly. Very out dated. But a good value. Comfortable and new beds.

I have stayed in many Knight's Inns through the years and I know not to expect much from them. (I even stayed in one once in Pittsburgh where there was a gap between the walls and the ceiling between rooms.) But this place bothered me in new ways. The room was old, small, with worn furnishings, but quiet, with at... More

Stayed in Cortez as part of a road trip from Texas to Montana. Selected this hotel to save some money and it seemed to have decent reviews on TripAdvisor. I'm not sure where those travelers stayed, maybe they confused their hotels? I guess it is all relative, so I'll give you some of my background. I've stayed in everything from... More

This hotel is showing its age. Our room was quite small but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. They don't offer much in the way of a continental breakfast. The day we were there they had three types of frosted cereal and four types of bagels. Friendly staff.
