we generally check trip advisor before a stay. This time we rolled into town late and I did not check the site until after I was in the room. Our room was clean and although the motel was full we had a peacefull nights sleep. In the morning we went to the lobby for breakfast and met the new managers. They... more

The room was dirty with spider webs all over the place. It hadn't been vacuumed for a while and the walls in the bathroom were stained - it looked really disgusting. The towels were dirty and the AC/heating system dispered the dust which eventually caused allergies. However, I couldn't turn it off since there was a big gap in the... more

OK it's cheap and the onwer was quite friendly, but that's about it. Room wasn't very clean, hot tub looked unsanitary and door didn't lock properly. If you're on a budget and just want a place to sleep it's fine though. more

Stayed here for one night while visiting Mesa Verde National Park. The motel was formerly a Travelodge. Presumably, the transition took place fairly recently; they're still using Travelodge toiletries, etc. The rooms are set back from the road, so there's little traffic noise. Ours was spacious and had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and in-room wi-fi. It also had a... more

Spent two nights here while visiting the Mesa Verde area. Location is convenient to downtown's Cortez Cultural Center and many restaurants (1/2 mile). Check-in process was quick and easy. Hotel offers bagels, coffee and juice for breakfast. Also has outdoor pool and indoor spa. Rooms were clean and had a coffeemaker, fridge and microwave, as well as alarm clock and... more

Upon arrival, I was told there were only 2 rooms, but one smelled really bad. Obviously, I requested the one that DIDN'T smell bad. It turned out to be a child's room, with teddy bear motif. There was no tv, phone, or wastebaskets in the room. After requesting a tv for the second time, the man -manager I guess-was asked... more

We pulled into the Travelodge at about 9:00 on a Thurs. night. When he said the pool was drained and the hot tub hadn't worked in 2 years, I grew a bit concerned. However, once we got into the room and settled in, we were very impressed. For only 38 bucks for the night (for 3 people) it was clean,... more

The gentleman that check us in was very pleasant. The room itself was awful. The lights above the beds did not work and the lamp by the TV was broken. There were hairs in the bath and yellow stains near the toilet. The hairdirer did not work and the drain backed up when showering. The towels were thin and stained... more

Very nice lady at desk. A few inconveniences though, the ice machine was broken and we had to ask for ice at front desk. The dryer didn't have a hose so everything got wet in the laundry room when trying to dry clothes. But the room was very sufficient and motel was close to Super Wal-Mart! Good rate at low... more
