I am clueless how ANYONE could rate this hotel any better than terrible. Reservation was made for us as several of us were there to work in an event during Valentine's weekend. It was dirty, it smelled and was poorly renovated. Looks like they just slapped up a bunch of new tiles, but forgot to grout and seal them. Some... More

Hot Springs has always been a strange place, where people pay a lot of money to stay in old, semi-updated hotels. It also has a dodgy, potentially dangerous side, and this place brings both aspects of the town to mind. I was in town for work with 19 others. Unfortunately, it was Valentine's Day, and the track just opened. There... More

On a Ladies Weekend of Relaxation and Shopping we stumbled across this lil hotel because the "original" hotel we had reservations at was a Big Dis-Appointment. Debbie the desk clerk was Very Friendly and Polite. The rate was Very Reasonable - Clean, Quiet Room - the Microwave and Fridge worked fine and when asked for extra blankets we were brought... More

We have stayed in several places in Hot Springs Ar and at a wide range of prices. We stayed in rooms 303 and 304 they both had a fridge and microwave. The rooms were bug free and clean and we only paid $102 for both rooms a night. That's a great price. They have a large nice basic pool, lazer... More

I hit a deer on highway 7 and got towed in by Warren of Ernie's Towing. he and his lady friend brought me here. They were remarkably friendly and kind. Then the clerk at this motel was very friendly and helpful. the room is large and clean and the internet works great as does the tv and remote. it is... More

I was not expecting much, considering the price. If there was a rating between poor and average, this motel would have gotten that. The Positives: Very friendly staff Super clean pool I felt it was a safe place for my family Great location Kids loved the Go-Karts onsite Enough cable stations to choose from Pet friendly Quiet The Negatives: The... We had originally planned to stay in the Arlington hotel, but vacated our room promptly upon being greeted by a mouse within our first 5 minutes in the room. Since it was a holiday weekend we had difficulty finding a hotel with vacancies, but upon driving down the road we saw the All Seasons and decided to give them a... More

hate to be negative, BUT I'm glad my friends and I only stayed one night. We were disappointed there was no coffee pot; we just assumed...could have brought our own. No kleenex either; just little things guess we take for granted. But the beds were so hard we could hardly sleep. All three of us had aches and pains the... More

Older hotel, but very Clean rooms. Close to everything, we are just minute from bath row.. Very inexpensive, can't beat 39.99!!. It has refrigerator and table. Not really any amenities such as microwave or coffee maker.
