I was very pleased with my stay at country inn, the kitchenette room I had was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake.swimming in the lake was fun but it was very deep so be cautious and watch out for large stumps in shallow area.It was a great way to wind down after a long day of... more

On the web site the resort looks great but when we arrived we found that only the kitchenetts have lake views not the motel units. The walls were very thin and the people next to our room were loud and stayed up most of the night. The TV volumes were not adjustable so no one could not turn the volumes... more

We really enjoyed the location on the water, and we liked that the place was on the edge of town. Also, the room was clean, and the people were pleasant enough. Overall, we didn't have any problems with that end of things. We did not like how thin the walls were. Every movement of people in the other rooms could... more

My husband and I stayed at this place this past weekend and the stay was terrible. The lady at the front desk was very rude. We asked for a couple extra towels and were refused. They said we had our "allotment". We are both in our 50's and Christian people and were treated like thieves. YOU have to buy your... more

We went for just one night, just for a getaway, and completely enjoyed ourselves. The service upon arrival was great; everyone (including the ducks) was friendly and we were treated professionally and with prompt attention. We lucked into the corner room on the end with a balcony, which is where we stayed most of the night, enjoying the breeze and... more

A very clean room. Small, but clean. IF you are looking for basic, affordable lodging, this is a good place. The rooms are small and with no frills, such as hair dryers, but the staff is very accomodating and it has a great location on the lake. It isn't that great for business travel, since there is no internet service,... more

me and my sister both booked a room here for my wedding in hot springs...upon my arrival I was greeted by a front desk clerk who spoke very rudely to the person on the phone....and rolled her eyes when she looked at me. My sister had to move out of her room to another hotel because of ants.....although my room... more

I completely agree with previous reviews. My family (wife, son 14, daughter 6, and me) were wanting to stay in Hot Springs as we passed through Arkansas. We got a Hot Springs booklet at the Welcome Center at the Texas border. We called and booked room sight unseen. Picture in catalog ad showed motel before next door building was built.... more

The Country Inn Lake Resort is located along Airport Rd., just a few miles from Historic Downtown Hot Springs. The inn offers rooms with single queen size beds (which include a microwave and small refrigerator), and larger rooms with 2 queen size beds and fully equipped kitchenettes. Some have views of Lake Hamilton. My room was small, but very clean... more

We found ourselves having to find a last-minute place to stay when the Miss Arkansas pagent was in town filling most of the newer hotels. We liked the rustic look of this place and the obvious scenic views afforded on lake Hamilton, with the mountians as a backdrop. If they keep prices near what we paid, you get a really... more
