My husband surprised me by planning a romantic weekend get-away in Hot Springs, and he thought he had booked a charming room in a historic building. It is one step above a dump. The advertising pictures are totally misleading and deceitful! The furnishings are not retro or quaint, they are just plain shabby and old. The bed was horrible. Light... More

The service at this hotel is atrocious. The pictures shown are false, this place is nothing like the pictures. Walking into the hotel is like walking into a bad horror flick. Then they want to charge outrageous prices for uncomfortable surroundings, zero amenities, and horrible service. It wasn't even worth the single star ratings it was given.

Last time I came here, I rode by, and was afraid to actually get out of my car and make a run for the door. This is the worst hotel, in the worst area of town. Long story short, that had my reservation, and were able to get $254.00 from me because I failed to check in... and they lied... More

Customer service was excellent. All of the staff are helpful and know the area very well and gave us excellent recommedations. Room service was quick. The location is convient. The Grand Promenade is right across the street! There is a man there that owns a very interesting collection of civil war memorabilia. We talked to him for a while! Unfortunately,... More

This is a historic, charming hotel. If that is what you are looking for then you will love this place. My husband and I stayed there recently and my only complaint is that we didn't get to spend long enough in the hotel because we had other things to do in Hot Springs. The location is fantastic, right near the... More

Location, location, location best describes this hotel, along with Art Deco. I would walk right outside the front door & catch the Grand Promenade across the street. I stayed in 4 hotels on my trip, and the irony is that the Park Hotel, being the oldest by far, had the coldest air conditioning! The staff were very friendly & courteous.... More

We stayed on the 3rd floor in a corner room. We had an awesome view up the street toward the main part of town from one window and a view of the National Park out of the other window. The receptionists at the front desk were so very nice and helpful. There was a gentleman with a Civil War Museum... More

We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a nice view of the National Park. It was awesome to walk out of the hotel and across the street into the beautiful park. The room could certainly use some updating, but we didn't go on vacation to hang out in a room. :) Location to the rest of town was great.... More

I've stayed here twice now, and both times were just perfect. This old building oozes class. From the ornate wood staircases to the chandeliers in the lobby, the Park is a carefully preserved work of art. The rooms aren't breathtaking, but for the price, location, and historic building, this hotel is worth a stay. As an added bonus, the hotel... More

We stayed on the 6th floor with a view of the National Park across the street, and were thoroughly pleased with our stay. Outside of the nostalgic, unique atmosphere, and wonderful employees at the front desk, the location is one of its best qualities. Directly across the street is the Promenade which leads you directly to the National Park Visitor... More
