Just off of Bath House Row, the Park offers a great price and great location, and the staff has never been anything other than exemplary. It is pretty much the definition of "old school" or "quaint". If you are looking for upgraded historic, this is not the place for you. If you appreciate historic charm and can live without upgrades... More

When coming to Hot Springs we normally stay at the Happy Hollow as it is close. I read the bad reviews lately so decided to stay at The Park since it is next door. Will not again. We will go to a newer, classier hotel. I do have to say that the staff was great. The first floor is misleading.... More

I was pretty disappointed with our accommodations. The hotel itself was about what one would expect for a historic building. Everything was on par with all the other historic hotels in Hot Springs, meaning the rooms needed to be completely remodeled. My only problem was what they consider a 'suite'. I booked a 2 room 'suite' because it was a... More

The hotel seemed like a nice idea at the time. My wife and I have stayed at many of the centrally located hotels in Hot Springs but this was the last at this hotel. We went during the fall to see the turning of the leaves to fall colors. The outside of the hotel was kinda dirty with cigarette buts... More

If the Happy Hollow is truly closed, this will be our go to place. Great location, close to the main drag, reasonably priced, nice. We were on the sixth floor, mostly empty, so it was quiet, but the internet did not quite reach that far, so we sat in the lovely lobby to update our modern devices!

After reading the reviews before me I was almost scared to stay at the Park Hotel. We flew into the Hot Springs Airport, got a rental car, and headed to the Park Hotel. Thankfully the hotel was a pleasant step back in time. The old hotel has great character and ambience. If I wanted modern and new I would stay... More

Very accommodating! Got a room with a queen bed and a connecting room with 2 twins, each with a bathroom, for the price of one. Walk the beautiful promenade to bath house row. Be careful as there is a 33% sales tax on alcoholic beverages. Civil War museum and store is always a treat!

My husband surprised me by planning a romantic weekend get-away in Hot Springs, and he thought he had booked a charming room in a historic building. It is one step above a dump. The advertising pictures are totally misleading and deceitful! The furnishings are not retro or quaint, they are just plain shabby and old. The bed was horrible. Light... More

The service at this hotel is atrocious. The pictures shown are false, this place is nothing like the pictures. Walking into the hotel is like walking into a bad horror flick. Then they want to charge outrageous prices for uncomfortable surroundings, zero amenities, and horrible service. It wasn't even worth the single star ratings it was given.

Last time I came here, I rode by, and was afraid to actually get out of my car and make a run for the door. This is the worst hotel, in the worst area of town. Long story short, that had my reservation, and were able to get $254.00 from me because I failed to check in... and they lied... More
