This is a nice, clean park like what I would expect from a KOA. The sites were nice enough, although very difficult to level an RV on. The cabins looked nice from the outside. Grounds were clean and staff were pleasant. The playground is a little outdated, but well kept. Pool areas looked nice, restrooms were clean, and laundry room... More

We have stayed here 2 times now and I still love it. We only tent camp so I was really appreciative of the nice, clean bathrooms. All of the tent sites have electricity, which we used to plug in our heated blanket. This KOA is so close to all of the Hot Springs attractions. It's like 5 minutes from the... More

This summer we decided to take an RV trip through Arkansas. We had never driven or used an RV before. During most of our trip, the RV was just parked. But, our last stop before heading back to Texas was Hot Springs and we had to actually camp and hook up our RV for use. We arrived at the Hot... More

We pulled our fifth wheel into Site A 14, which had full hook-ups, a concrete pad and patio, brick fire pit(could not use due to a burn ban), outdoor patio lights, and a round umbrella table with chairs. The park is quiet, shaded, and hilly. The staff is helpful. We had breakfast at Grandpa's Griddle, which is open on weekends... More

The KOA is located just a short drive from the Hot Springs area so for that reason it's a good place to camp. As far as the camp grounds, we really didn't find anything remarkable or anything to be a real issue either so all in all, I suppose it was good enough. There's a burn ban currently so that... More

We arrived late and were greeted by staff who explained where we could park. They said not to worry about paying until the morning. Everyone was so nice and friendly and so helpful. when I asked about a specific bath house, I got every question answered. I went into Hot Springs for a spa day. I took the KOA shuttle.... More

Stayed in one of the cabins with a bathroom. Very small, no water pressure, no counter space in bathroom. Beds are hard. For the money, the cabins at Wunderlust in Eureka Springs are ten times better than these. Probably won't go back.

We stayed for 2 nights at this KOA we will not go back. The park is very hard to manuver around with our 40' 5th. When I express concern about fitting into the site we assigned the lady told me this is where they put all the "big boys". If this is where they put them then forget it. Once... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do our best to accommodate our guests on the perfect campsite for them, but we are limited to the information provided during the time of the reservation. Often times we receive incorrect information about a rig and we think a specific site will work until they arrive. When... More

BEWARE ON CON ARTIST STAFF. Nice park. Staff seems very friendly. We were escorted to our site by a "Vic" and helped to get backed in. We were very impressed at this point. When I got out to thank him for the hospitality is when things started going wrong. Vic asked me to listen to our motorhome engine. He said... More

I really hate to write a bad review for this KOA as we have stayed several times before as a camper, but this was a first to try to stay in a cabin. It will definitely be the last. As is my practice when we stay in a hotel type setting, I check the mattress for bed bugs. The mattress... More
