We were looking for a place to stay near Hot Springs. Tired of paying too- high prices for hotels and not spending much time in the room, we decided to try the KOA. My husband is an avid camper, but I am not, so it was a happy compromise. He got the outdoorsy feel of the woods, and I had... More

I have stayed at this KOA on about 15 different occasions. I have stayed in 3 of their cabins and several RV sites. I always get a cabin with a bathroom. The cabins are super clean and very comfortable. You have to bring your own linens but that's no problem. The RV sites are great too, with a fire pit... More

We love this campground ... we have stayed there for the last 4 years in a row on our annual trip to Hot Springs. This year our group had four sites and everyone was happy. Shuttle service is a great bonus!

Cabins were clean, had a burn pit in front of the cabin for cooking, pool was nice and bathrooms were clean. Had a good stay even though we aren't the camping type. Our options were limited as a family of 6. I looked everywhere and couldn't find a hotel to accommodate all 6 of us comfortably. The bugs were everywhere... More

Staff was involved in something when we arrived and we were ignored for a bit. Then, after we checked in, the guide didn't arrive to lead us to our site. An inexperienced staff member finally led us to a smaller than typical site. We had some difficulty getting our rig situated until the regular guide finally showed up to assist... More

We come to this KOA a few times each year.... We live about 2 1/2 hours away so we pull the camper over for the weekends Magic Springs has concerts that we want to attend. This KOA is very well ran, they offer free shuttles to both Magic Springs and down town Hot Springs - they'll even come pick you... More

We stayed for the night. Park was clean, VERY nice attendants, customer service was GREAT! Maintenance man right next to us, very accommodating. Pool was sparkling, full of people, but pretty. Bathrooms were very clean. Beautiful location on the side of a hill. Will stay again! Fishing pond. Pet friendly.

We stayed here for one night, and enjoyed ourselves. The pool looked nice, but closed early on our day here, for some reason. The bathrooms were clean and nice, and the bath house near our campsite had a code to get in, so I guess random strangers can't get into the bath house. The KOA is built on a hill,... More

RV campers might want to avoid the KOA Hot Springs National Park on McLenden Rd. in Hot Springs if you think: 1. A pull through site doesn't involved a hard 120 degree right turn at the top of hill between two trees. 2. Shady site actually means being in the shade. 3. Staff members are to be helpful, not surly... More

We stayed in the lodge as we did last New Years. We stayed for a week and lived it. They are pet friendly and that is a plus for us and our two dogs. Yes you have to bring your own linens and yes there is no house keeping but being in a separate cabin and being in the woods... More
