This hotel is located in downtown Hot Springs and very close to all the historic downtown entertainment and food. Our stay was great, the rooms were pretty good and the breakfast was included. Everyone in my group was surprised that the price of the room was not a lot more.

I stayed at this hotel during a business meeting at the convention center. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They didn't offer a complimentary breakfast, but it was right next to the convention center which was a plus

Only seen the staff upon check in. They want it to appear to be an upscale hotel. It's not. Room was filthy. Carpet, chairs, bathroom floor, trim...... Our convention stay was very enjoyable even though the hotel was under repairs from recent storm damage. All the staff we came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall average experience, aging hotel but overall clean and service was competent. Double beds were on the small side and short, I couldn't imagine a tall person sleeping on them. Easy walking distance to springs, bath houses, all historic and downtown attractions.
