This place was horrible. The bathroom was nasty. The whole room smelled bad. We went for July 4th in 2004. We had never been to Hot Springs and this place looked fabulous online. Heat worked well in room, Was nice and toasty when I arrived. Room was clean and had standard issue of towels and bathroom things. Balcony was a nice touch! more
