Not bad. A little dated. Great location and staff. Mountain view isn't really that at all. The balcony are nice. Street view I thought better, a little noisy, because it's right on the strip. I would stay there again. Pet friendly and has smoking rooms.

Okay where do I start, well we arrived late and the girl behind the desk was really nice and booked us in quickly. I thought the lobby was nice a little warm but nice. It started with parking oh boy. There was no valets to park your vehicle, so after you self park you have to walk back down the... More

The AC was down for a short time. We apologize. We are in the heart of the National Park and offer free parking (there is no other free parking this close to the Springs). Over the fourth of July weekend folks celebrated the holiday in America's first National Park. Some of these folks spilled over into our parking lot. We... More

I had a massage after spa visit at spa 135 in the hotel. I wasn't draped properly and therapist did not leave room while I undressed, and was opposite gender. It made me uncomfortable, also the massage sucked as well and was not done but in one area so this happened to be the worst ever massage.I would not stay... More

Did you actually stay at our hotel or did you simply book a massage at our Spa? Whenever possible we try to offer massage therapists of the same sex. If you were not happy having a massage therapist of the opposite gender you could have cancelled at no charge. More

No air in the lobby! Very outdated. Room service non-existent. Filthy vents,Restroom in the lobby out of order. The front is full of trash, no curb appeal. Pool was nasty! Checked out early. The smells were awful! It seems as if all employees even hated being there.

We have never claimed to offer room service. We are an economy hotel located in the heart of America's first National Park. There are many fabulous restaurants surrounding us. I enjoy working here. The pool was closed for a short time last weekend, Soon after, it was in pristine condition. More

I am here now hating every minute of it.If it wasn't for the fact that it was a gift from a relative we would be gone already. It took 2 hours to get checked in due to their computer system, then tried to tell me I had no reservations for me even though it was prepaid. Then the air went out in middle... Check in time at our hotel is four o'clock. This is clearly posted on our web site. You were checked before four o'clock. You did not have to wait because of the computer, but you arrived before the posted check in time. We try to check folks in early but this is not always possible (especially on busy weekends). The... This hotel is past its prime. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The air does not work, the bathroom in the lobby does not work, the pool is closed, the wifi does not work. The chairs on the balcony are missing pieces. The smell of this place is horrible. I cant think of one good thing about this... More

The AC does work in the hotel. Occasionally the compressors need to be reset and after a short time all is cool once again. I am posting this response using the hotel wifi system. It works beautifully. There are many wifi hot spots near us, is it possible you tried to log on the wrong one? There are three restrooms... More

It's close to everything. That's about it. Parking is out back & at your "own risk". Hotel is old, but the sofa covers in the lobby, COME ON. Our room hadn't been swept. Beds were clean but bumpy. Didn't sleep good. Walls very thin. Heard everything on the street. Bathroom was so-so. Couldn't get two people in there. I think... More

We offer flat screen TVs in our rooms. We offer about seventy channels. Most public parking lots in the United States have signs that state "park at your own risk." Our bathroom are not large but do have a normal size bath tub, shower, toilet and vanity. We are in the center of the National Park where everything is in... More

The room was hot. Wallpaper pealing. Mountainview balcony room meant 15 feet from the side of a rock face. Staff not concerned. Took 5 hours to get a fan. 6 foot husband showered on his knees because the showerhead too low.

I am also six foot tall and have never found it necessary to even crouch when taking a shower in our hotel. Our parking lot is nestled in the side of Hot Springs mountain. The rock cliff is an integral part of Hot Springs National Park (the springs being just two hundred yards away). We believe our National Park is... More

filthy, dated and smelled so moldy we could not even stay the night. The Spa hours listed are not accurate as they choose when they want to be open. We left without asking for a refund because I didn't want to be ugly but I would not recommend this place to anyone

This place is central to Hot Springs. Right in the middle of everything, the hotel is right on the main road. I could walk out of my hotel and be right in the midst of town. Across the street is a cupcake place that was on TV and the best breakfast location in all of Arkansas as was rated. There... More

Thank you for your kind words. Indeed, we are in the heart of America's first National Park. There is so much to see and do. The Cupcake Factory is across the street. It is fantastic. There are two pancake restaurants a few feet from our doors. They are both great. Please come again and see us soon. More
