Dated, overpriced, smelly and disgustingly filthy. The housekeepers play loud rock music while cleaning at the rooms. This place seems to attract nothing but riff raff. The manager is lazy, uninterested in running a clean, reputable business. Very disappointed. Stay elsewhere!!

Stayed here because it was real cheap. Do yourself a favor and splurge a little. My room smelled horrible, was generally filthy, and made me wish I was anywhere else. I had reserved for 3 nights, but after one, I ate the other 2 nights and moved to a more expensive but much cleaner hotel.

Very courteous people....room was nice....great view.....even had Biscuits n Gravy for Breakfast....but over all...the staff made it a awesome stay..couldn't ask for a better place to stay..will stay again...

When my husband and I tried to check in to the hotel at around noon after driving for over 4 hours were told that we could not check in til 1pm. When we were able to check in we went to our room and it took us 15 minutes to even get the key to work. After getting the door... More

I booked two rooms online ahead of time. This was a bad idea. There were literally roaches on the walls and it smelled like animals had peed all over. There were black hairs on the towels and wash rags. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like nasty.

osh, the place is a dump! It could be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Filthy, dirty sheets, derelict, at least three different species of flying bugs, internet doesn't work, scribbles in the wall and, judging by the itching, I am suspecting fleas. You get what you pay for? Trust me, they should pay you for spending a minute... More

Booked this hotel because it was close to Magic Springs! Should have followed my gut but reading reviews it seemed OK. I don't have to have a fancy place .... my first priority is safety and the next is cleanliness. When we arrived, it didn't look so great from the outside, but figured just because it was old, didn't make it bad. There was no chain or alternate lock on door except for knob.
