The pictures I found all looked great. Upon arrival I wondered where I went wrong. It was possibly under construction? I couldn't even tell you. The shower curtain was molded. The bed super uncomfortable. It said it included FULL kitchen...which meant small fridge, small sink, and 1 cook top in a box in the closet. You have to walk down... More

We arrived at hot springs Arkansas on July 4th with no reservations. We lucked out at the b inn where there had been a cancellation. The rooms are themed & we were in the rustic. Room which had the biggest bed have ever seen & it was a log bed. The air conditioner kept us cold in 90 degree weather... More

Recently we booked a room here for a short getaway. Before we arrived my wife fell and broke her ankle, requiring us to cancel our arrangements. Even though I cancelled well within the range for a refund it wasn't forthcoming. Two phone calls and an e-mail resulted in assurances it would be looked into, promises of call backs, a commitment... The room itself was clean. Dishes were dirty. It was only cleaned when we asked. No breakfast. And only ONE CHANNEL ON THE TV! Management was hard to find. Remember, you get what you pay for. Close to the center of town.

This is a 70 year old complex. The history is that the US army took land from local home owners and built housing complexes for soldiers to come rest and recover at hot springs. So, if the USA army is your architect, you get small and functional lol! The tub in my room was extra deep, which was great for... More

This place is disgusting. It is in a terrible location with abandoned buildings all around, and I swear to you, the cosmetics of the room are photoshopped In the pictures. The walls are dirty and peeling. The carpet doesn't look like it has been vacuumed in years (I had to wear shoes inside and I hate wearing shoes). The bathroom... More

If I could give this place a 0 rating then that is what I would give. From the start it was hard to find because nothing resembled their advertisement photos and in a run down area. The clerk unlocked the door then left with no one else on the premises. The room was dirty and unkempt, stained sheets and pillowcases,... More

We have stayed before and have enjoyed our stay. This time we were disappointed. While sitting outside on the broken down patio furniture we saw a raccoon on the balcony. That night I heard an animal in the wall of our room. We had to ask for coat hangers and the faucet in the tub leaked. The location is handy... More

Thank goodness America still has small unique quirky locations. I do tire of sameness. And I enjoy not paying a lot for a hotel room. It is right off the heavy traveled road running thru Hot springs. The location is so easy to explore the baths and the park. Our family would stay here again. It is a great alternative... More

Hot Springs is pretty funky and this place fits right in. It is nice pulling right up to your door. I didn't see any other such layouts so close to bathhouse row. They provided the unusual option of $10 credit each day at the adjacent health food oriented convenience store in lieu of breakfast. We bought snacks and had breakfast... More
