From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you are welcomed and treated like family. Beautiful & charming home, clean and bright. The breakfast was 5-star and little touches like brownies & chocolate everywhere made our stay even sweeter. August was a doll! He was so informative & kept us entertained. Looking forward to returning to this wonderful... More

Traveling down the interstate on the way to TX. At the last minute we chose to travel to Hot Springs, Arkansas instead. I grabbed my phone to locate a cabin or place to stay. We called a few places and got answering machines, then we tried Spring Street Inn. August answered the call and was wonderful. He was able to... More

Rooms and bathroom/jacuzzi were top notch. My overall rating is Very Good rather than Excellent because of the exterior. When I was there last October, the exterior of the home was still under renovation. The front porch and outside walls needed repainting. I chose the Magnolia Suite over other rooms because of the balcony, but the balcony's appearance needed some... More

My husband and I just celebrated our 10 th anniversary here. Spring Street Inn is absolutely beautiful. Super clean. Charlla makes a fantastic breakfast. August, the owner is super friendly and can tell you all the cool things to see in Hot Springs. The location is literally five minutes walk to Bath house row and all the fun stuff:) Will... More

This was one of the best stays we have had in Hot Springs. August is a great host. The location can not be beat. You are just a couple of blocks to the bath houses and right across the street Embassy suites and the summit. The room was so cozy. We were in the carriage house 2nd floor. We used... More

My wife was looking at things to do for our 20th anniversary, and she came across this beautiful B&B while searching on the internet. This was our first trip to Hot Springs, and we are both so glad that we stayed at Spring Street Inn B&B. We stayed in the Grand Magnolia room (front of the house), and were very... More

We spent 3 nights in the Spring Street Inn and found it be just about perfect! We stayed in the Magnolia Room and just loved it. It is a great balance between the old and new. It felt like we were staying in an old, historical home without missing any of the modern luxuries; the Jacuzzi tub was fabulous! We... More

And I do mean hidden -- it was a bit hard to find in the dark. The neighborhood appeared a bit run down, but I guess that's the problem for all of Hot Springs. Really, what was the attraction after running water & hot water heaters became commonplace? But the B&B is beautiful inside. Just lovely Victorian elements everywhere, all... More

Rang in the New Year at Spring Street Inn, Hot Springs. The rooms are as elegant as their website says. We stayed in the Fountain Room and had breakfast in the dining room. Breakfast was really good and the owner was so helpful in recommending sights to see and explaining the history of Hot Springs. I think we would have... More

This review is a bit tough to write because there was a lot to like about the Spring Street Inn B&B. It is well situated within Hot Springs' historic district, is a comfortable property, and the room (we stayed in the first floor of the Carriage House) is quite nice; particularly the large jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace. However, our... More
